I've spent about three weeks to a month with the MS2 Pro and I've had plenty of time to spend getting to know this set which I'm convinced is one of the best hybrid iems under $100. The MS2 Pro is built extremely well (mirror polished zinc alloy), with one of the more unique designs (rhino horn) that you'll find within its price point. It comes with a nice enough unboxing as well. However, like any audio product if it doesn't actually sound good then it might as well be a pretty looking paperweight. Thankfully, the MS2 Pro sounds very good folks. This set has a very fun U-shaped signature with plenty of solid macro-dynamic energy. The MS2 Pro has a warm/neutral and rich sound, great note weight, yet it doesn't skimp on the technical side of things either. In my opinion the MS2 Pro certainly leans warm musical and is very well adept to draw the emotion out of just about any track. I explain the sound in detail within my review from my perspective and I hope it's of some service to anyone looking for a solid iem under $100. No doubt this is a very good one. So, feel free to check out my thoughts if you'd like. Obviously every click helps but if not then just have a great rest of your weekend and take good care. ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ MS2 Pro Pros ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ -The zinc alloy shells are built like a tank -The design is slick and totally uniquely crafted -Tuning nozzles work nicely -Great tonal balance, very fun signature thatโs also very clean, across the board -Deep guttural bass, punchy, clean -Rich and smooth midrange, solid energy & macro-dynamics -Non-Offensive treble region with plenty of brilliance and nicely detailed -Detail retrieval is actually pretty nice for such a tuning -Nice imaging -Soundstage has solid depth of field as well as good width for the cost ๐ฅถ๐ฅถ MS2 Pro Cons ๐ฅถ๐ฅถ -No carrying case -May become sharp nearing the upper mids for some -Bass may be too emphasized At the link is my full review of the Hidizs MS2 Pro: https://mobileaudiophile.com/in-ear-earphones-iem-iems-reviews/hidizs-ms2-pro-review/
r/iems โข Hidizs MS2 Pro Review ->Very well actually. Both are extremely well tuned for their price point. The MS2 Pro is a bit more organic & musical and has less chance for glare in the upper mids, but the EW300 is a bit more detailed & analytical with its tuning. Both are truly fantastic sets for the cost.
r/iems โข Hidizs MS2 Pro Review ->First, a big shoutout to **Bella** and **Jessie** from **HIDIZS** for providing me with this set, they are not giving me any payment or script to follow, allowing me to deliver an honest and sincere review. The **HIDIZS MS2 Pro** is the new IEM by the house of **HIDIZS**, launched this 7th of August, it is a more than interesting hybrid set consisting of **1 DD + 1 BA**, replacing its predecessor, the **MS2**. Inspired by the Rhinos it's designed to appeal to the hybrid sets lover, does it stand as a competitive option? Well, let's find out. Following the success of the **MK12 Turris**, **MP145**, and **MP143**, the **HIDIZS MS2 Pro** is another excellent addition to the lineup. It features a **10.2 mm PU+PEEK with DLC-coating dynamic driver** and a **Silvercore branded Balanced Armature**. With an offering of **3 types of nozzle filters** to suit every sonic terrain. With an **MSRP of 99 USD** ( with a limited flash deal of $69, and a launch promo for $79), the **MS2 PRO** exemplifies how tailored design can connect with diverse audiences. It presents a strong value proposition that remains relevant and enduring in todayโs fiercely competitive landscape. You can find it at the **HIDIZS Official store**, as well as at Amazon US, CA, JP, UK, FR, ES. **TL; DR:** An excellent Hybrid IEM in the **sub-100 USD** category. With a neutral, bassy and warm yet natural tonality, technical proficiency, customization options, and an engaging musical character, the **MS2 Pro** delivers a well-rounded listening experience. It offers a dynamic sound that suits various musical tastes and with its **tuning nozzles** you can get it into your personal tastes, itโs complemented by excellent treble extension and an overall tuning that makes it a more than capable contender. The **HIDIZS MS2 PRO** delivers a warmth, yet neutral and natural sound profile, complemented by a satisfying bass boost and extended depth **(particularly with the Balanced and High frequency nozzles)**. It boasts well-done technical capabilities, a well-extended high-frequency response, and a build quality that carries the **HIDIZS** seal of excellence. As a highly praised contender in today's market, the **MS2 PRO** punches well above its weight, offering stellar performance without breaking the bank. **Technical specifications:** - Product type: In-ear monitors (IEM) - Dynamic Driver: 10.2 mm Dual-Magnetic Circuit & Dual-Cavity Dynamic Driver - Balance Armature Driver: HIDIZS Silvercore BAโข High-Frequency BA Driver - Diaphragm: Aerospace-Grade PU+PEEK Composite Diaphragm with Nano-Scale DLC Coating - Appearance: - ZA12 Zinc Alloy Integrated Molding - 3 HIDIZS Pneumatic Sound Tuning Filters: High Frequency, Balanced, Low Frequency - Color Option: Midnight Black/ Royal Blue/ Sunset Orange - Frequency Response: 20Hz-40Khz - Sensitivity: 111dB - Impedance: 17ฮฉ - Cable: High-purity Oxygen-free Copper 2-strand Wire, Length 1.2m - Earphone Connector: 0.78mm 2-pin Gold-plated Connector - Plug: 3.5mm/4.4mm Gold-plated Plug Cable - Weight: Approx. 26g (excl. cable) **Packaging:** ยท 1x Pair of HIDIZS MS2 Pro earphones ยท 1x Storage pouch ยท 1x 0.78mm 2 pins to Jack 4.4 mm cable ยท 6x Pairs of eartips (SML sizes, 3 pairs of wide bore eartips, 3 pairs of narrow bore eartips) ยท Manual and warranty card. ยท 3x Pairs of High Frequency, Balanced, Low Frequency. The cable features a sleek, well-crafted design that pairs stylishly with the shells. That said, it feels a bit thin for my personal preference. Itโs fully useful out of the box, but users seeking a different feel or build can swap it out with ease. The shells are crafted from metal (aluminum), offering a solid construction, are into the heavy side (13 gr for each earphone), but so comfortable and not fatiguing for long sessions. The faceplate features a leather texture which protects them from scratches, and a vent to improve the bass texture and soundstage presentation. Thankfully, the housing has a smooth finish with no sharp edges, supporting the level of quality one would expect at the **100 USD price point**. Comfort is splendid for long listening sessions, and the 6mm diameter nozzle provides a secure fit in my ears. However, due to its medium-to-large size relative to other sets, I suggest guaranteeing it aligns with your personal fit predilections. **How the HIDIZS MS2 Pro sounds:** The **HIDIZS MS2 Pro**, equipped with a **10.2 mm PU+PEEK DLC-coated dynamic driver** and a **Custom Balanced Armature**, delivers a pretty transparent, nicely crisp, and natural sound with a well-defined sub-bass boost and a prominent mid-bass presence. Its extension into the lower frequencies, combined with magnificent technical capabilities, positions it as a more than interesting option in its price segment, punching well above its weight. With an interesting tonality and dynamic sound delivery, the **HIDIZS MS2 Pro** offers a **soft-V profile**, rich in macro and micro-details. It delivers a pretty clean yet musical and fun presentation that captivates. The soundstage is not so wide but has enough of it, with a remarkable resolution and imaging, allowing for a nice layering within the mix. **In this review, I exclusively used the stock "Balanced" nozzle**, as I appreciate the sub-bass extension and presence it provides but think the treble is in the perfect spot and doesnยดt need more. Regarding the other settings (Highs and Lows (black an white nozzles respectively)), it allows for bass and highs adjustment to suit your preferences. However, based on my tastes, only the stock Red nozzles (Balanced) align with them, as the other two configurations feel too bass-light or treble high/low for me. **BASS:** The **HIDIZS MS2 Pro** features a well-putted bass shelf, delivering a satisfying sub-bass thump but more focused on a mid-bass impact. The bass gradually rolls off across the โHighs nozzleโ and is boosted a little with the โLow nozzleโ. The bass response is clean, so fast, very resolving, and well-extended into the lower frequencies. While not at basshead levels, it offers enough depth and presence to be thoroughly enjoyable. There is a slight bleed into the lower mids, but it remains controlled, avoiding muddiness in male vocals. The bass feels very natural and adds a pleasing character to the overall sound. In tracks like **The Stargate [Tablet I]** by **Blood Incantation**, the weight of the bass guitar, and drum kicks create a captivating and immersive experience across the song. Meanwhile, **Warning** by **Black Sabbath** showcases how the **HIDIZS MS2 Pro** bass delivery effortlessly induces unconscious headbanging into the classic metal song. **MIDS:** In this region, the **HIDIZS MS2 Pro**, as I mentioned earlier, the mid-bass slightly bleeds into the lower mids, yet male vocals and bass kicks remain clear, neither veiled nor thin. There is a nice dip in the lower mids, the pinna gain gives a forward presentation and plenty of cleanness and presence, itโs well-resolved, and handles the sibilance nicely. A slight 4 kHz peak enhances the presence of plates and cymbals, adding a natural sense of impact, perhaps sometimes feeling a little sibilant at high volumes. Female vocals are also forward, striking a balance between presence and smoothness, neither fatiguing. Additionally, a well-placed 6 kHz dip allows for comfortable volume adjustments. In **Country Girl** by **Greet Death**, the cymbals and plates are rendered with impressive quality and sibilance-free clarity, same with the vocals, not sounding thin at all. Meanwhile, **Sisyphus** by **Garbage** is a display of the beautiful voice of Shirley Manson, so, the **HIDIZS MS2 Pro** presents female vocals and the instruments, crafting an engaging and immersive listening experience. **TREBLE:** In the **HIDIZS MS2 Pro** this frequency range goes to an extent without introducing much sibilance. It remains transparent and sharp, yet avoids harshness, handling treble with good control. In **Ring Of Past(2025)** by **Men I Trust**, the **HIDIZS MS2 Pro** reproduces the details of the drums and guitars, capturing their tonal nuances and mix colorations. Meanwhile, in **Two-Headed Trout** by **The Callous Daoboys**, the immersion is remarkable, the **HIDIZS MS2 Pro** transports you into the mix, delivering an engaging sound experience. **TECHNICALITIES:** The upper treble extends rolling off at 13 Khz approximately, delivering a not so airy and spacious presentation but with plenty of soundstage sensation, offering a rich sense of space and depth. In **Existence (Futility)** by **Dimscรปa**, the **HIDIZS MS2 Pro** creates an immersive experience, allowing you to appreciate the journey of the โdenseโ song. The macro and microdetails are presented with magnificent clarity, bringing out the feelings put on the track. The **HIDIZS MS2 Pro** delivers a nicely resolving sound, with above-average imaging for its price segment. In complex and immersive songs like The **Ways of Sulphur** by **โฆAnd Oceans**, the complex mix is rendered with precision, every piece and instrument shines through, making for a good oldโ enjoyable listening. **Closing thoughts and conclusions:** The **HIDIZS MS2 Pro** is a remarkable contender in the **sub 100 USD segment**, offering an immersive and natural sound signature with an impactful bass and enough treble extension. Its well-balanced blend of technical capabilities, neutrality and musicality, and of course engagement and joy makes it a versatile choice for both seasoned audiophiles and newbies seeking a quality listening experience at an accessible price. The inclusion of **3 different tuning nozzles** is a thoughtful addition, allowing users to change the sound firm to their personal preferences. As one of the best contenders in its price range, the **HIDIZS MS2 Pro** often punches above more expensive alternatives, proving to be a compelling option in a highly competitive market. The **HIDIZS MS2 Pro**, with its 111 dB of sensitivity, is so easy to drive, even from a phone. However, it benefits from even a simple dongle DAC and source variation, scaling remarkably well with increased power. The stock eartips are sufficient for an enjoyable listening experience straight out of the box, but I personally opted for some **Dunu S&S M size eartips** to fully appreciate the bass and mids and treble deliverance. **Would I recommend it? YES!** The **HIDIZS MS2 Pro** is one of the best options in its price segment and stands among my favorites under 100 USD. It delivers a sound quality who stands over other competitors, and is a nice iteration over the **HIDIZS MS2 original**. This IEM has earned a place in my collection, and I have no plans to part with it anytime soon. A big thank you to **HIDIZS** for providing me with this IEM, allowing me to test it, enjoy it, and gather what it needs to confidently recommend it. And of course, thank you, dear reader, for checking out my review. **Happy listening!**

The entire package comes in a medium-sized box. Inside, we have the shells themselves, and the cable, also familiar from other HIDIZS sets. Honestly, I don't like HIDIZS cables, not because they're bad, but because they're always too thin and don't seem to match the style of the IEMs. Next, we see the also-familiar black leather pouch, which only fits the IEM with the original cable, if we add a thicker cable, the space becomes very tight. There are six pairs of eartips: three widebore and three semi-widebore. To top it all off, following the standard of recent releases, there are also three tuning filters. Like the MK12 Turris, I found them quite effective and distinctive enough for me to play around and choose the one I like best. The construction of this iem deserves to be highlighted, starting with the faceplate that has a rhinohide leather texture, because the shell design is inspired by rhino horns. The rest of the shell is beautifully constructed in ZA12 Zinc Alloy with a Shine mirror-finish, It is a very premium alloy and rarely seen in IEMs in this price range and even well above. It is a truly premium construction, solid and super well crafted. *For this review I used several eartips, I preferred to stick with the Penon Liqueur Oranges and the cable chosen was the AngelEars Scorpion. ____________ - ๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐ ๐๐ข๐ ๐ง๐๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐: The MS2 PRO was tuned following the Target H-2019, it has a warm, lush and energetic sound, the bass is strong and bold and the BA does a great job counterbalancing the bass with the higher frequencies. First of all, I have to say that I did most of the critical listening with the red filter, but the subtle difference that the black filter makes compared to the others won me over. ____________ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฌ: HIDIZS certainly wasn't afraid to venture a little in this area. The bass is boosted (especially with the red and black filters). I did this review with the red filter because it's the most balanced, but I like to have fun, so I decided to stick with the black filter. Still not satisfied, I'm still using the MS2 PRO with Penon's Liqueur Oranges eartips. The bass caught me by surprise. The subs have a great rumble, you can almost feel it physically, and the mid-bass only reinforce this boost that HIDIZS decided to give the MS2 PRO. The bass has a lot of authority without muddying the mids and that's where many IEMs fail, HIDIZS has managed to do this exquisitely. Guys and girls, I'm not kidding, this is pure fun, but it's not just bassy, it has a lot of quality, even with the black filter. With good texture and definition, these drivers definitely have a lot of quality. With the red and black filters, I felt the bass was somewhat a liโl slower, It's a nitpick, but that's what I felt compared to the white filter (crystal clear), which, by the way, is the one that stands out the most from the others, boosting the high frequencies and reducing the bass. It's not my favorite for this set, but it's there to be used. ____________ - ๐๐ข๐๐ฌ/ ๐๐จ๐๐๐ฅ๐ฌ: The mids are very well detailed, recessed but only slightly, and the notes have great weight and body. The vocals are graced with the warmth of the boosted bass. Full body, meaty vocals, but well defined and articulated, with the male vocals having the edge. Instrument separation is also very well done. I didn't encounter any major issues here. These mids are truly competente, I'd venture to say they outperform some sets priced above $120 USD. ____________ - ๐๐ซ๐๐๐ฅ๐: HIDIZS's proprietary/ custom BA is another highlight. The highs and ultra-highs have excellent extension, are very clear and airy. With the white filter, they become a bit more energetic, but even with this filter, the highs never sound harsh or grainy. I didn't encounter any sibilance, and fatigue wasn't a problem even after long sessions. Above average, the separation and layering caught my attention. The same was true of the sense of space, very holographic. For a $79.00 IEM, this is impressive. It still has its flaws, of course, like any IEM, but for the price, I can't complain. The overall detail isn't the best I've heard, and I also thought the resolution suffered a bit, but I think this is a sacrifice well paid for, the musicality and fun hide these "flaws." ___________ - ๐๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐๐๐ซ๐๐ข๐๐ญ: Well, there's not much more to say. For me, the HIDIZS MS2 PRO is a hit. It has a very well-done tuning that has offered and continues to offer me hours of fun. Super accurate and analytical IEMs are cool, but I'll prioritize a good, musical and fun set over the super accurate "audiophile" set all day, every day. This one already has a place in my collection, and I consider it one of the best hybrids under $100.
r/inearfidelity โข Hidizs MS2 PRO โ Review โ Bassy, Warm, Fun and very Well Tuned! Definitely the most fun IEM of the year so far. ->I've been super impressed with the sound and build quality of the Hidizs MS2 Pro. I prefer them way more than the Hexas.
r/iems โข Iem recommendations under 100 USD for gaming and music ->Like with a lot of expensive items there are diminishing returns. Currently I'd say the sweet spot for IEMs is in the $100 - $300 range. The main improvement I have noticed is with more expensive IEMs is imaging and instrument separation, but even in a lot of those cases you won't really notice it unless you're listening very attentively. "Audiophiles" like to use colourful language when reviewing their premium, expensive audio products but a lot of the time you have to keep in mind that it is just them trying to justify all the money they have spent. Also you have to keep in mind that driver tech eventually makes its way down to the budget realm. Something tuned like say a Hidizs MS2 Pro or a Myer SLA3 would have cost you a lot more a few years back but today are around $100
