I ended up not even trying the ie200's. I tried Final E1000's and KBear Little Q's (both of which I researched to be "small" nozzles) and both have nozzles which were way to big to fit my ears. One is 5mm and one was 5.5mm and I couldn't get either one to even go in with the smallest tips, either the included ones or third party foams. I was going to try the Etymotic XR2's as they have tiny nozzles but ended up just getting a cheap Amazon Bluetooth helmet system and sticking with foams.
