I got one today and am a happy camper. Iam in love with this little cutie! The build, the sound is charming to me. It kills 5 times more expensive IEMs in my collection! Using it with spinfit w1, the sound is angelical
r/iems • The King Slayer (Kefine Klean review). ->I have all three IEMs, the Kefine Klean is good for $49 and if you change the stock cable it improves the bass and treble becoming warmer if using the Nicehck GTC5 cable. The Lesthouer S08 is a very good warm planar IEM I think is a really good option with the 25% discounts on Amazon US it comes out at around $66, but check the forums on Amazon it says frequently returned there are users who report problems with the right earbud, I have not had any problems, they sound very different from the Kefine Klean, the sound is somewhat dark with soft and detailed but not extended treble. The best for my personal taste is the Aful Explorer but it is the most expensive $119.99, it has a very organic warm sound, with good bass and detailed and sweet mids with a narrow but very musical presentation and the treble is somewhat attenuated with a certain level of detail. Any of these IEMs are wonderful but if you have the money go for the Aful Explorer if you like the warm signature and good musical representation.
r/iems • Upgrade or something different from my Kefine Klean: Aful Explorer vs Letshuoer S08 ->I got kefine klean Great for gaming and music for my taste
r/iems • Best iems for both gaming and music? mainly on the gaming side. ->I get what you are saying about the overall sound not sounding coherent. I get what you are saying about the piezo driver timbre. I understand why the piezo driver sound is noticeable to you since reviewers have mentioned this. Some reviewers have noted the the EW300 bass is sluggish and lacks layering. This is a thing which I have noted on some Simgot IEMs such as the EM6L yet not on other Simgot IEMs such as the EW200. Is this perhaps what you mean when you say that the bass sounds bloated and not so much the strength but instead the cleanliness of the bass? I ask since the Chu II and the EW300 have nearly identical sound signatures from sub bass all the way up to the upper midrange. Please check out these frequency response graphs: [https://vortexreviews.squig.link/?share=Bad\_Guy\_Target,Moondrop\_Chu\_2,Simgot\_EW300\_Silver,Kefine\_Klean\_Silver\_Nozzle](https://vortexreviews.squig.link/?share=Bad_Guy_Target,Moondrop_Chu_2,Simgot_EW300_Silver,Kefine_Klean_Silver_Nozzle) The driver incoherence can be solved by using a really nice single DD IEM. Lately I have been really pleased with the technical performance of the Kefine Klean since the clarity of the macro details is very nice. More surprising is the clarity in the micro details which is very impressive for 50 dollar price tag. In other words, I did enjoy the moment when I started listening to the Klean. The Klean's bass is not bloated as in being muddy. I find the Klean's bass to be surprisingly clean with similar texture and detail as the bass on the EW200.
r/iems • EW300 just unbearable, need help! ->Thanks so much for these posts! I think um gonna start with the Kefine Klean and see how I like it.
r/iems • The IEM Pick Mega-Guide PART-1 ->I use primarily budget IEMs. My on-the-go pair is usually my Chu 2s or Nuos. I do also occasionally use the LANs. At home I use the Kefine Kleans. The other sets I have include the Hexa, Delci, and EW200, and the THifi C2s. The Kleans provide me with clean and accurate male vocals while still sounding natural which is really what I'm looking for in an IEM.
r/iems • Best budget "wireless" IEMs? ->If you are new to the hobby and don't know what would sound best to you but want a good all-arounder under $100 to start out with, I would recommend the EW300 or the Klean. Both are somewhat safer options and I believe you won't be disappointed with either.
r/iems • For people who have tried a lot of iem’s, what are some cheap iem’s that sound really expensive? ->Kefine klean. Small, confortable, great balanced sound, 50$
r/iems • Help me choose small but good IEMs under $100-120 ->KiwiEars Airoso. Get it while its still under $100. >Truthhear Gate, Tanchjim Bunny, and KZ Klean for a blind buy or the Truthhear Hexa, Truthhear Nova and Letshouer 12 Pro (but my friend said the 12 Pro has weird bass) Gate = No. Plastic shell resonates. Feels like garbage. People that love the gate, i question all of their listening tastes. Bunny = Fantastic. Probably one of the best $20 IEM's available. The USB DSP and app make it more fun. KZ Klean = Uh... Kefine Klean, maybe? Kefine Klean is a great choice at $50. But i think the Inawaken Dawn is better. Hexa = Good, but very dull to someone who is new to the hobby, and used to V shaped tunings (i.e. boosted bass and treble, Hexa is very flat) Nova = Tuned to the popular Harmon Curve. Which is very V shaped. THe Simgot SuperMix4 is a common alternative. S12 Pro = Planar. Fantastic IEM. BUT...and this is probably why your buddy said ti had "weird bass", it will require you to use a higher powered Dongle DAC/Amp, because Planars need a lot of power to push around. If you underpower them, they sound muddy, thuddy, and dead. With enough power, they have amazing tactility and speed. But they do suffer from a somewhat metalic timbre that can be off putting to some people, as they are not "natural" sounding. But very fun. Overall, like i said, i think the KiwiEars Airoso is your best bet. It is a hybrid IEM that plays very clean, provides tons of detail, and bass when you need it. And seems to play about every genre of music you throw at it, without feeling like its lacking. Its not a neutral tuning, but it plays naturally. If that makes sense?
r/iems • [IEM Recommendation] ~$100 Budget | Hard Rock, Jazz, 80s, J-Pop (Old & Modern), Lo-fi ->Yu xuan ji got the near average rating. Typical detailed, but bright and not very balanced iem. Klean is balanced, and provides ample technicality. I think klean is a better choice.
r/iems • Kz Castor pro vs Kz saga: Two best budget iem comparison review.. which one better? ->G1 has to be my most disappointing buy of the year. Treble is just awful. Plenty of iems with better positional audio that sound much better. I would steer clear. If looking for a V shaped sound the KZ EDC pro is better, still a fun V shaped sound but overall better tuned, and if you want a step up from the G1, but like the metal build and small form factor, the Kefine Klean is a great option.
r/iems • Best iems for gaming ->I have the Kefine Klean and love it with the black nozzle, what do you think would be an upgrade to it? Would the Sonus be a good choice?
r/iems • !THE SUB $100 IEM MEGA PICK LIST! ->Check out my full review of the Kefine Klean here: https://mobileaudiophile.com/in-ear-earphones-iem-iems-reviews/kefine-klean-review/ Kefine Klean Review ($49) Single DD Two sets of tuning nozzles Hello everyone, attached is my latest full written review of the Kefine Klean. The Klean is Kefine Audio's latest budget oriented single DD and a very competitive set at that. The Klean is built wonderfully with a clean and minimalist design which walks right in step with Kefine's simplistic way of crafting their sets. Though the sound is where the Klean begins to separate itself from the $50 competition. You have a nicely balanced slight V-shaped sound with a boosted bass which keeps nice control, nice density, good extension and stays relatively tight for its size. The midrange is creamy with lean-lush or semi-rich approach, clean, favorable for vocalists, and the timbre is spot on. I find the midrange very musical with slightly toned down macro-dynamics but great control. Lastly the treble region is very well balanced against the rest of the mix. Enough brilliance to bring upon some levity to the sound yet not so much to offer any fatigue. Generally speaking. Details are pretty good, separation is not bad but imaging is pretty spot on. Not a bad stage either with decent depth for the price which does add some dimension to the sound. Really a nicely tuned iem. If you are in the market for an under $50 iem and the Klean sounds like something which would work for you then I do hope you'll check out my full review. But either way, I hope you are all doing well. Take good care and have a great weekend. Comparison: Simgot EW200 🔥🔥Klean Pros🔥🔥 -Built very well for $49 (all-alloy, weighted, durable) -Nice minimalist design (Kefine is always classy) -Very comfortable (obviously subjective) -Tuning nozzles -Very well-done slight V-shaped sound -Engaging musicality -Great timbre -Fun, well represented bass with good density -Smooth midrange, nice note weight -Just enough treble spunk & brilliance -Imaging is very nice -Fairly wide/deep stage 🥶🥶Klean Cons 🥶🥶 -Some may not like the appearance -May lack energy vibrance for some -Analytical lovers may want to pass -Bass may be too elevated for some hobbyists Check out my full review of the Kefine Klean here: https://mobileaudiophile.com/in-ear-earphones-iem-iems-reviews/kefine-klean-review/
r/iems • Kefine Klean Review ->I don't have the Luna but the Klean is just as good as the T10 and much less expensive. To be totally honest I feel the Klean is a better set. Perhaps not quite as technically gifted as the T10, but close while also being more musical, with this infectious organic timbre. Really a nice set. Sorry I cannot compare with the Luna
r/iems • Kefine Klean Review ->I wish I could answer that as I don't have the Piccolo on hand. I can tell you for sure that the Klean is spectacular for the cost. No doubt about it. However, I cannot answer in comparison with the Piccolo unfortunately.
r/iems • Kefine Klean Review ->Great question, so the EW300 is quite a bit more in cost and so I didn't compare the two but the way they replay music I feel is head to head with each other. The Klean is smoother, easier listen, with a less rambunctious treble region. The EW300 does have better clarity and detail retrieval is better on the EW300 too, by a very slight margin. The bass on the Klean is more full, more dense to my ears but both sets do well in this area too. I really like the Klean's vocals over the EW300 though, something I wouldn't have expected to say. Both are very fine sets. I think the EW300 does have a bit more output in the upper regions which may be a problem for the treble sensitive. Again, to a degree. They don't bother me even in the slightest but that's me. If you are very sensitive you may want to consider that. All that said, the Klean is the better buy. I really believe that. It is a game changer at $50. I didn't want to say that in my review but I feel you won't find a better set at that price. If the sound signature agrees with you that is.
r/iems • Kefine Klean Review ->For me and probably for most people who try them both out, I'd say for sure the Kefine Klean
r/iems • Kefine Klean Review ->I like the Gate. You may just have to get your ears used to them. And even if you don't at least you're not out a lot. I will say that I'm completely happy with the kefine klean. It's been my go to ever since I got it a couple months ago. When on sale you can find them for $40. Jump up just a bit in price and the sound gets better.
r/iems • I just got an IEM but I find no significant difference? ->Kefine klean if you need to save a bit, and almost sounds the same from what I've heard (I only have the Klean)
r/DigitalAudioPlayer • What IEM’s would you recommend? ->My deciding factor between the two is that I have teeny-tiny ears and the reds are chonkers. The klean's lip is also at the bigger end (still smaller than the reds), but the overall body is small. Still very curious about what the Truthear Zeroes offer, but I can't bring myself to buy them due to size.
r/iems • Kefine Klean quick review ->Oh damn did I not mention. Yeah I went for the Kleans but I'm still curious with the Zeroes hype
r/iems • Kefine Klean quick review ->I have the Kefine Klean very very happy with it and my only concern is that it looks boring lol, but chose it over the Kiwi Cadenza due to size factor. Don't get my wrong, the lip of the Klean is also pretty big but it fits in my small ears no problem, and the body itself is small. These were my top choices because I read they have great warm tuning. Got scared of the Cadenza when I read some people say it's shouty at some points. And tbh having the Klean, it's not warm enough for me, but everything sounds 'clean', including the bass being present without sacrificing clarity and vocals. Overall, good all rounder and should sound great with the type of music you listed. (I'm by no means an audiophile and I heard it's not a very 'technical' set which I doubt you'll get in this price point, but idek what that means, so just my opinions) Oh additionally some people complain that the Klean does not have vent holes which may be a problem in long listening sessions but I never had that problem. BUT I think most people prefer the Inawakan Dawn Ms, and the only reason I didn't get it is due to lack of availability and didn't bother to research it more.
r/iems • Which one to choose ?? ->My opinion, unless you find a very good deal for the Kleans or your current set is too banged up for your liking, you should just save up a bit more for good deals in the $50-100 bracket of iems. I feel like you can explore more significant upgrades there. But I do really like my Kleans as it's my first iem, so hopefully you'll enjoy it if you do grab a set since people who do own higher end iems also praise this set. The tuning looks similar, but some people find the Cadenza peaky at some parts and I think the Klean does not have that problem, you can interprest this as the Klean sounding 'cleaner' or more boring. The only other difference I can say is their build, the Klean is an all metal build so it might be more durable but also might feel slightly heavier for you coming from 3D printed resin, but the overall body is smaller so it may also be more comfortable to wear. I say 'may' and 'might' a lot because everything here is subjective.
r/iems • Would it be a good idea to change my Kiwi Ears Cadenza for some Kefine Klean ones? ->Can't recommend the Klean for listening to music. It sounds good but I'm either treble sensitive or it has a pretty bad treble peaking for some songs with really high notes on electric guitars. Couldn't enjoy a lot of AC/DC music with the Kefine Klean, but I still prefer it for gaming over the Aful P5+2 because it has a really good bass and better sound stage. Can't comment on the others as I haven't tried them.
r/iems • Kefine Delci vs Klean vs Aful Explorer vs HBB Deuce ->Very articulate, no fluff review. Good work! These sound just about better than any ~50$ IEMs I've listened to tuning wise, the generosity on the low end makes them so much fun! And they're solidly built too! I just might try the 'hole mod' to see how far these can be pushed. Thank you for the review!
r/iems • The King Slayer (Kefine Klean review). ->I'd say check out the Kefine Klean, warm and lush tuning and id say is an upgrade to the QKZ x HBB.
r/iems • Seeking recommendations for a warm, lush sound ->Kefine Klean is my new rec after Zero 2 and Cadenza. These were a favorite among my friends
r/inearfidelity • Recommend me IEMs like Salnotes Zero 2 ->i got mine yesterday, i only have a Kefine Klean to compare i will hold my verdict too, but i can say that the Kefine is amazing haahhaha
r/iems • New Gear Alert: Aful Performer 5 🎧 ->after comparing 30 different iems and seeing everyone just saying the kleans are THE iems under 5000inr, i have decided on buying the kleans and pairing them with the audiocular d07 classic. will buy somewhere in February after my exams are over. :)
r/iems • Kefine Klean Review ->yes i did, and I can confidently say that for ANYTHING and EVERYTHING, these iems are THE BEST under this price bracket. I say that with so much confidence because before buying these, i got the simgot ew200 which I returned. you might have heard people say "go for the ew200 for gaming" but thats complete bullshit. i play val myself and i can gladly tell you that the soundstage and 3D imaging on the kleans is far superior to the ew200. the directional audio, figuring out the exact location of the enemy using the kleans is much easier to do with these iems. i also recommend you pair it with an audiocular d07 dac and amp like i did to get the best out of your iems.
r/iems • Kefine Klean Review ->I bought and returned 'em. Gunshots in val completely burst my eardrums. Bought the kefine klean after that, which I would recommend because they are far better than the ew200 in every way. Best under the price bracket, and not just me who says this. Soundstage and 3D imaging is far better than the ew200 as well.
r/iems • Is it worth it to switch from headphones to IEMs for gaming? ->Clarity/detail retrieval is great. Figuring out different enemies from there footsteps is easy. Just 1 sentence to describe these iems: the KING under this price bracket. EDIT: forgot to mention, it was the 1st time i realized just how detailed footsteps in val were after I used the iems. Insane.
r/iems • Is it worth it to switch from headphones to IEMs for gaming? ->got my kefine klean today. already replied to another guy about my experience. these are just too good. the guy was talking about concept kart, incase you want to find my reply to him.
r/iems • Kz Castor pro vs Kz saga: Two best budget iem comparison review.. which one better? ->https://preview.redd.it/34womcgysale1.jpeg?width=4032&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=931f91ad5bceeba8e015e45cc38e5ade8302cd62 They are just... Out of this world. Far, FAR better than the simgot, to say the least. They actually transport you to a whole different world once you wear them bro!! THERE INSANELY GOOD! I can't thank you enough for recommending these man. I gotta say tho, the material they used to make the inside of the case is just stupid. it clings to the velcro on the iem's wires, and it's also slightly smaller. Ima use the case that came with my dac and amp, but the aside from the case, I know I said this like 4 times, 4 different ways, but one more time, THEY ARE AMAZING! Once again, thankyou so much! :D
r/iems • Kz Castor pro vs Kz saga: Two best budget iem comparison review.. which one better? ->Oh man, for the price: the CCA trio, Kefine Klean, KZ Vader Balanced and HighRes, TRN V90 pro,Tripowin Vivace, Artti T10, KZ Zenith, gaming and audiophile beasts. (personally I'm more inclined to the Klean, the Zenith and the T10) The CCA trio and the Vader Balanced are similarly tuned, but both are one of the best iems under 30 usd. The Klean have a hidden trick who is you can do a subtle mod on it for improving the bass and tuning overall (stock is still so good), is one of my go to sets in the market, excellent tuning and a soundstage and imaging, and macro and microdetails retrieval delight. KZ Vader HighRes, this is 90% the CCA Hydro, but is a hungry boy who craves good sources. Tripowin Vivace, this is an excellent tuned iem, well priced and a gaming powerhouse. TRN V90 pro, they put all the effort in the iem itself but TRN don't disappoint: Nice stock cable, good included eartips (the trn t eartips are one of my favorite eartips ever, period. Lol), and the tuning is an upgrade to the ST7 because is a fix of the flaws of the other iem. Artti T10, is the best planar iem for 50 usd or less, is bassy, balanced, an all-rounder set to enjoy music and a gaming beast. KZ Zenith, is the best DD iem of KZ, with high praise from various reviewers, HBB and Paul Wasabii included.
r/iems • Kz Castor pro vs Kz saga: Two best budget iem comparison review.. which one better? ->Bro, Klean > Vivace, and that's because the Klean is a more bassy and polished iem overall, i mean, the Vivace is good, but not that good. The graph may tell you why a better treble extension in the Klean is desired over the Vivace. (And something the graph doesn't tell you, better building, better stock cable and accesories, two tuning nozzles). https://preview.redd.it/yoip6j9zyrfe1.png?width=2400&format=png&auto=webp&s=75e67d87945a54ec9e4dd475446316bd06e34ce7
r/iems • Kz Castor pro vs Kz saga: Two best budget iem comparison review.. which one better? ->Neither of those two iems is good for that kind of music... Kefine Klean is so much better tuned and is cheaper
r/iems • Finally stepping into the IEM world – Need help choosing between Truthear HEXA or Zero:BLUE2 + DAC/AMP advice? ->There's a lot of more than nice options mate: -Kefine Klean (but there's reports of channel imbalance and issues with the nozzles, my unit is kicking ass fine) -Inawaken Dawn ms, a little less technical than Klean but more musical (waiting it to arrive soon) -Sgor Luna one of the best planar iems for less than 50 bucks (loving it mine) -KZ PRX the best planar by the brand, trades blows with the Luna (waiting it to arrive soon) -KZ Vader Balanced/CCA Trio oh yes, so fun, musical and technical (loving my Vader Bal and HighRes) -Artti T10 the best planar for 50ish bucks -7hz x HBB Elua oh yes , a better and more technical and fun driven iem than legato, basshead approved (loving my unit, is a well received iem in head-fi) -Simgot EW200, dude, that iem doesn't need presentation 😅 -TRN White Tiger, impressive good tuned, interesting config, I'm not so much into the shell looking but is made of metal and well builded, is what matters to me
r/iems • What are the best IEM's under 50 dollars? ->Hello mate, Kefine Klean, Tinhifi C3 MKII and Inawaken Dawn-Ms are my choices to go.
r/iems • IEM suggestion under 60$ for bass head lover and kick drum lover ->Hello!, the Kefine Klean is overall superior, better driver and a more appealing tuning, but the Bl-03 II is so good, musical, balanced, resolving, fun.
r/iems • Blon Bl-03 II, the upgrade to a legend ->Well, in that case mate my rec is the Klean, and the Bl-03 II as a close 2nd 😜 The Klean is neutral with bass boost (my favorite kind of neutral 😉).
r/iems • Blon Bl-03 II, the upgrade to a legend ->then go for 7hz g1 or kefine klean. kefine Klean will be better
r/iems • Budget IEM for gaming? ->As a Klean owner, absolutely in love with your review. Paired it with the Dunu S&S tips and it sounds even better
r/iems • The King Slayer (Kefine Klean review). ->wan'er 2 and tanchjim zero ultima is around the corner so i guess i'll just better off waiting for those. I was just wondering how much bass i really needed lol when i bought the gate i thought it lacked that punch and when i got the klean i wanted to see if i can handle more bass.
r/iems • The IEM Pick Mega-Guide PART-1 ->I had the zero red and replaced it with the Klean, I wont ever come back again. The black nozzles answers the boring treble and uppermidrange of the reds. if ill compare it Red is a like person slacking and the klean is like an active person. its has a fun. and engaging sound. I mainly use my performer 7 but when i changed the nozzle to black arguably its somehow close to how my performer 7 sounds but ofcourse its more technical than the Klean.
r/headphones • Kefine Klean Review (IEM) ->I'd recommend you check out the Artti T10 or Kiwi Ears Canta, the EW300 and the Kefine Delci are good picks, but I would suggest you get the Kefine Klean instead of the Delci. The Klean sounds very similar to the Delci and is cheaper.
r/iems • Best IEM for a reasonable price (around $100 I think?) ->No, IEMs are not better than headphones. There's a possibility they could be, but you're going to be paying into the thousands of dollars for a pair that will. Check out Fresh Reviews on YouTube. He reviews a ton of audio gear including IEMs and Headphones. As far as some decent budget IEMs. $50US Kefine Klean (with the silver nozzle), Crinacle zero blue $50US, Simgot EM6L $100US I own the Kleans and they are about on par with my $150 Final Audio A5000 for competitive footsteps. You get good imaging with these. For budget headphones get a pair of Fiio JT1s for about $65US. For half the price of a pair of Sennheiser HD560s you get 98% of the performance, and they are better for single player gaming, music, and movies.
r/Rainbow6 • Are IEMS actually better than headset? And if yes, what one can you raccomend me? ->I have these. I do not use them for FPS gaming. They are strictly used with a Bluetooth adapter at work. The footstep resolution was god awful. In order of budget for decent footstep imaging on IEMs, Kefine Klean($50), Kefine Delci AE($75), Simgot EM6L ($100), Simgot Supermix 4 ($150). I have the Supermix 4s and am able to pinpoint footsteps just fine. The Kefine Cleans are really good for the money, just make sure you use the silver nozzle for gaming if you go that route.
r/inearfidelity • i’m new to iems ->Yes u did their are better options out there u could get yourself a kefine klean better than kz in all terms.
r/iems • Did I make a mistake going with the KZ ZS10 Pro over the Wan’er or 7Hz Zero:2? ->I have Cambridge audio Bluetooth earbuds that cost €200 then I got kefine klean wired €50 and they blow the Cambridge out of the water
r/iems • IEMs worth it over Bluetooth? ->kefine klen it cheap and so good with black fliter
r/inearfidelity • IEM for gaming ->Heyo OP sorry for wall of text, I dont want create new post because its standard "gaming question" TLDR at bottom also wanna say thanks for all of your guide posts, some of your warn giving me deeper search into local facebook community and saw peoples having problem with those :( Is it bad if I blind buy based on reviews, price (discount) and tier list from FRS aslong the nozzle not too big but its newly released so not many known QC problem? I'm from SEA region, the prices a bit higher than MSRP due tax unless its older item or the store (Pre)Order a lot when discount on Linsoul or Ali and my budget is max $100 usd, first I was searching for IEM under $20 but after reading more the budget increased due people recommendations. I was using hyperx cloud kingston then HP version, due earpad peeling off I'm searching alternative and saw IEMs. I'm going to used it for gaming (80%) genre fps and action rpg like upcoming PoE2, music (10%) genre pop and OST then watching anime (10%) weekly genre shonen or seinen; based on what I read so far my choice are : 1. Kefine Delci AE ($85 discount today, normally $94 but only 3 stock left) 2. Simgot EW300 DSP ($73, one of overhyped brand in my country) 3. Kefine Klean ($53) 4. 7hz Sonus ($40) I was thinking interchangeable nozzle seems good for me because it has 2 signature profile. TLDR : Budget max $100 for gaming, should I buy the most expensive one from my list? Or wait another cheaper batch new IEM like 7hz G1? Thanks for reading.
r/iems • !THE SUB $100 IEM MEGA PICK LIST! ->Based on your selections: 7hz x Crinacle Salnotes Zero 2 \- A decent IEM overall, tuning is based on Crinacle's preference. If you want to follow Crinacle's tuning and other IEMs then this is the best bet for you. \- This has a weird shape for an IEM, idk if your ear would work for it. KZ Castor Pro Bass (best go for the OG, if small ears, and go for the Silver version much more versatile than the Bass version) \- If you said you have small ears, and still wants to include the KZ Castor in the list, go for the original KZ Castor Bass as the Pro version is abit more larger in both the IEM and nozzle size vs the original. \- Also this is a 2DD IEM, some phones can have issues with lower volume and inadequate power required (small margin of phones). But still easy to drive than a planar or a multi-driver hybrid IEM. \- The both this and the original uses a much more common and smoother IEM shape than the Zero 2, though will be heavier than the Zero 2 having 2 DDs inside. 7Hz G1 \- This is seems a abit more safer tuning IEM vs your other selections, much closer to Kiwi Ears Cadenza or Tangzu Wan'er SG/2's tuning of good sub-bass, and a more mellow treble. \- Some people didn't like the cabling and accessories that comes with the G1. \- Metal case, pebble-like appearance might work for small ears. SGOR Luna \- This is one of the decent planar sets that is at the budget range. Also this is a planar IEM not a DD IEM, so recommended to use a USB-C DAC to power it. \- More leaning to a U-shaped tuning vs the rest of the IEMs of your selection. \- Planars are usually large, therefore its shell might also be large as well. Might not work for some people. Kefine Klean \- Has 2 tuning nozzles for either a warm abit more bassy tuning, and a more v-shaped brighter feel. Has better accessories and unboxing, maybe on par to Tangzu Wan'er SG/2 standards. From your selection, I would either go (personally) \- Kefine Klean \- KZ Castor Silver Or try (smaller or more smoother shaped IEMs) \- Moondrop Chu 2 \- Rosetechnics Aurora Ultra \- Kiwi Ears Cadenza In the end though its your own preference on what IEM you prefer and weigh in their pros and cons. Tbh all of your selection are good selections, just that it depends on your tuning preference, IEM design preference, accessories, and general feel about the IEM. Hope this helps! Also don't forget to at least read my [beginner's guide into IEMs](https://www.reddit.com/user/NinjaSiren/comments/1jil8re/beginners_intro_guide_to_iems/), general guide before, while, and after using the IEM and gaming stuffs. r/iems • Looking for advice on next purchase for small ears ->I auto Eq mine to Kefine Klean silver, I enjoying it. Bass and treble is good for listening for long hour. I have Harman version.
r/iems • Kz castor pro harman vs castor pro bass: absolute comparison review..Which one better? ->TL;DR for those short on time or not inclined to read the entire review (tables are broken so I am using an easy paragraph with Pros and Cons until someone fixes it): **PROS** * Well-tuned, easy to drive and fun-oriented IEMs with a weighty low-end, a clean midrange and a non-fatiguing treble response * Very good imaging and well-rounded stage * Comfortable and sturdy shells * Spot-on price **CONS** * Slightly recessed lower mids provide for less overall thickness along the spectrum, so they could sound a bit lean to some * Black filters sound somewhat aggressive * Very few tips included \--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- # INTRODUCTION Kefine is already well known for the Klanar, the Delci and the Delci AE, and they have just launched a new product: the Klean. In this review, I am going to speak about this new product and compare it with some other products from other brands. >*Disclaimer: the Kefine Klean were sent to me by Kefine so that I could write an honest review. This review represents my personal opinion on the set, it isn't promotional or paid content and I don’t get any revenue from the sales of this product. At the time of the review, the Kefine Klean were on sale for about $49 at Amazon US, Amazon JP, HiFiGO and Aliexpress.* https://preview.redd.it/qm56akld9dxd1.jpg?width=1500&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=05324ee8b3be8f4805585918b761eac213bca12c # TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS * Driver Configuration → 1 x 10mm DLC Dynamic Driver * Impedance → 32 Ω ± 15% * Spec-sheet Frequency Response → 20Hz-20kHz * Nozzle Diameter (widest point) → 6mm * Sensitivity → 107 ± 1 dB * Cable → 1.25m detachable silver-plated copper cable with 0.78mm 2-PIN connectors * Plug Type → 3.5mm # PACKAGING The packaging of the Kefine Klean is rather sample and contains: * The Kefine Klean * The detachable cable * One set of silicone tips * One pair of different nozzle filters to tune the sound * Carry case * User manual I would really like companies to include at least two sets of different tips, one set isn’t enough in my opinion. https://preview.redd.it/hi4ut2edadxd1.jpg?width=1500&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=029f58bf29d7f80b1a8a73c16cb0327c948d3b1f https://preview.redd.it/gpe4r3edadxd1.jpg?width=1500&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=14bd2fd32e09fe7f558175155272c982daadfb2c https://preview.redd.it/qymqp5edadxd1.jpg?width=1500&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=bdf0d6242df5c65b5fc91830298fa7c1dde0c8d3 # DESIGN, BUILD QUALITY, COMFORT AND ISOLATION The design of the Klean is… “clean”: the metal shells are superbly crafted and are painted in black color. The faceplate only shows the KEFINE brand logo, providing for a minimal design (just like every other KEFINE’s set). https://preview.redd.it/va05wkfjadxd1.jpg?width=1500&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=9a9bb408760eab293a6e53d20a07442a9792925a https://preview.redd.it/a6pnalfjadxd1.jpg?width=1500&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=ccdf85168776a1380145f2b46b52f0f047e0e6e5 The nozzles are interchangeable and the black ones can be used to fine tune the earphones to a brighter and more “forward” signature. https://preview.redd.it/bf8movykadxd1.jpg?width=1500&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=86b52b99351e63745ac5cc497c69eb5160634bcd The earpieces are very comfortable, the nozzle is long enough to grant a decent insertion depth and even though the stock tips aren’t enough to do some proper tip rolling, the fit is already pretty good with them. The earpieces are slightly heavier than average but they are built to last. The isolation from external noises is average. # CABLE There are some other brands who include a slightly better cable in the box, but the Klean come with a stock cable that is perfectly in-line with the price range. https://preview.redd.it/v72fhncqadxd1.jpg?width=1500&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=e1e17566e3fef7ae6659f79b5596286407aa6fb9 # SOUND **GEAR USED FOR THE TEST** * DAC: Topping E30 * AMP: Topping L30, Fiio A3 * Mobile phones: Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, Xiaomi Mi A3, Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra * Moondrop May’s DSP cable with PEQ=0 * Dongle: Apple Type-C dongle, Fosi DS2 * Portable DAPs: Benjie S8/AGPTEK M30B * Bluetooth Adapters: KBEAR S1, KZ AZ10 * Other sources: Presonus AudioBox iONE, Elgato Wave XLR **Do they need an amplifier?** No, an amplifier is not strictly needed. An amplifier slightly tightens the low-end but it’s not a night and day difference since the driver is already quite efficient. **Sound signature** The Kefine Klean are U-shaped.The description of the various frequencies will be based on the stock silver nozzles, whereas at the end of this section you’ll also find out what are differences with the black nozzles. **Lows:** The sub-bass and bass are forward in the mix, with proper punch, extension and control. The bass is of good quality, and even though not the punchiest out there, it’s still impactful enough to grant a good reproduction of most tracks, even those that focus on the low-end dynamics. It’s not a basshead set, but those who love some added bass will definitely like the Klean. **Mids:** The midrange is slightly recessed, with more focus on female vocals than male ones. Male vocals and acoustic instruments still have proper weight and warmth, which is good news considering that on most U-shaped sets they lack depth and presence. Female vocals are spot-on, energetic, lively, never shouty, providing for very enjoyable sessions with female singers’ tracks without becoming fatiguing. It’s not a set for those who like an uncolored and neutral reproduction, but those who like some coloration will certainly love the way the Klean do it. **Highs:** The highs are lively, they pack a good amount of detail, and the general tuning of the upper range isn’t neither aggressive nor fatiguing. I think it’s the type of low-end that will fit most listeners provided that you like a very soft touch of added energy and spice. The upper treble has decent extension too, yet without becoming fatiguing or artificial. There isn’t any kind of sibilance too, which is great news. The **soundstage** is well rounded with nice width and average depth and height. The **imaging** is very good too for the price range and so can be said for the overall layering. **BLACK FILTERS vs SILVER FILTERS** Pretty easy: the black filters increase the upper mids and the treble, improving the overall energy and the detail retrieval, and slightly reduce the low-end presence. I personally find them a bit too aggressive for my taste, the silver filters make them a lot more balanced, natural and pleasant. # SOME COMPARISONS **Kefine Klean vs Kefine Delci** >The Klean is basically a cleaner and more balanced Delci: slightly more lively and airy female vocals, a tad less treble “spice” due to less emphasized mid-treble and a softer upper-end roll-off. The result is a more correct reproduction of vocals and more coherent sound along the spectrum. Technicalities are 90% identical, but the Klean has a touch less soundstage width and slightly more precise imaging. The build quality is good on both sets, but comfort and isolation are better on the clean, also thanks to the thicker shell that provides for a deeper and more stable insertion in the ear canal. The cable is not that different even though Klean’s cable looks a bit better, and the overall tips’ selection isn’t that different. I’d say just get the Klean since it’s a more mature and more refined Delci, that’s all. If KEFINE told me that Klean’s driver was the same used on the Delci, I wouldn't even read the specs and I would believe that since the technical prowess is quite similar. If you already have the Delci, instead, I would not buy these: there’s not enough difference in performance to justify the expense for the Klean. **Kefine Klean vs Sivga Que** >The Que are slightly less U-shaped than the Klean, with inferior end-to-end extension and more forward mids. The two don’t share much, but we could sum-up the comparison by saying that the Klean sounds overall more engaging and lively with a fuller low-end. They also sound a bit more technical and snappier than the Que. If the Klean will be sold for a lower price, then the Que could experience some hard times. The imaging is better on the Klean, whereas the soundstage is of similar size. Build quality is good on both, the Que come with a better stock cable and a wider tips’ selection while the Klean provide for better isolation and comfort. **Kefine Klean vs Truthear HEXA** >Completely different sound approach: respectively U-shaped and fun-oriented vs neutral and analytical. The Klean have more bass and sub-bass, with better punch and note weight, the lower midrange is a bit more recessed than on the Hexa and the upper mids are slightly more controlled than on Truthear’s set. The Klean are slightly more natural and vivid up-top even though the Hexa carry some more information. Overall the Hexa are slightly more analytical sounding and more sterile, whereas the Klean are still quite competent while never sounding boring or sterile at all. Imaging is good on both sets but the stage is a bit more spacious on the Klean. The build quality of the Klean feels superior even though the Hexa are built very well too. Klean’s stock cable is better. Comfort is good on both sets, whereas the isolation is a bit better on the Hexa. # FINAL THOUGHTS The Klean are well-rounded and competent IEMs, and they are actually what the Delci would have been if Kefine had applied a few refinements before releasing them. But this is not bad news, and instead really shows how Kefine has listened to reviewers and users in order to improve a product that already offered a lot for the asking price. It’s hard to go wrong with a well-tuned set like the Klean, and the price is spot-on for what you receive (except for the fact that I would have liked to see a few more tips in the box). Another strike (more like a spare in this case, since they had already done a good job with the Delci) from Kefine, hopefully they’ll keep working like this.
r/headphones • Kefine Klean Review (IEM) ->This is a nice question in fact but also an easy one to answer. I think that May's tuning, speaking about them in their stock signature (with the type-c cable with peq set to 0 or without any other 2-pin cable, so I am not considering the DSP presets), is slightly better to my ears in terms of timbre and tonality. However the Klean are also pretty natural and they are better in terms of overall performance, especially when it comes to imaging.
r/headphones • Kefine Klean Review (IEM) ->I think it's a more versatile and refined option. Delci are slightly spicier and with a touch more low-end oomph. I prefer the Klean to the old Delci, imaging is also a bit Better.
r/headphones • Kefine Klean Review (IEM) ->Yup, Klean and Kima2 are the two I really love for budget price right now
r/inearfidelity • need suggestion on iem under 60$(5k inr) ->Kefine Klean probably, but people are often struggling with the interchangable filters, is not like horrible, but you could have a bit of trouble with them at first.
r/inearfidelity • Recommend me IEMs like Salnotes Zero 2 -># TL/DR: An excellently done, balanced IEM with a small lean into the bass, clean, natural and energetic sound that just manages to have everything you need to enjoy music without overdoing any part of it. Nice rumbly bass, with enough texture and decent punch, very clean and correct vocals, plus a well-controlled and detailed treble, everything you need to enjoy music. **WOULD RECOMMEND:** * For people that enjoy energetic sound signatures. * For people that like a balanced, allrounder sound signatures. * For people looking for a very safe balanced pick. * For people that is a bit sensitive to treble. * A nice starting point for the $50 price bracket. * For people that are into EQ, as it works decently for that. * For people who like single DD sound and performance. * For people that like to listen to busy tracks. * For people upgrading from the Waner or Salnotes Zero 2, that want a cleaner sound. * For people who like very correct vocals. * For people looking for a better fitting alternative to the Truthear Zero Red. **WOULD NOT RECOMMEND:** * Not for people looking for a very intense kind of music replay. * Not for bass heads (although EQ could help). * High volume listeners should be cautious with the volume. * People way too sensitive to treble should be cautious with the pick. \---------- # The Intro. I am excited to say that, now, the nice people at Kefine allowed me to test one of their most recent items on the market; despite being the cheapest of their offerings, the Klean has been making some waves in the sub $50 price range and now I have been granted the opportunity to add my two grains of experience to this discussion, just remember… ***Full disclosure, this was sent by Kefine, I did NOT buy it with my own money.*** With that out of the way, I would like to start by saying that I need to acknowledge that I might, or might now, have helped to create a bit of an “odd” reputation to the Kefine Klean since because, since this iem was released to the market, a few people (that I recommended this iem to) came back to inform me that they were having trouble with it, specifically, the common issue was channel imbalance (one side of the iem sounding quieter than the other), now, after some weeks have passed, plus now that I have had the opportunity to daily drive this iem for a few days, I want to, kind of, set the record straight for people that could be interested on buying it. This possible channel imbalance issue seems to not be a common problem and can often be a matter of simply a filter becoming unscrew when fitting the IEM, besides, the Kefine Klean is an iem that sports a metal shell and, how is commonly known, iems with metal shells can sometimes struggle with humidity which can also cause channel imbalance, but either way, it doesn’t seem to be a common QC problem or anything like that. Now, in my personal experience I haven’t had so much as a problem while using the Klean, but if you do get is and you find any problem whatsoever, the only thing you need to do is to either contact (first) the store where you get it from, so they help you solve any issue, or then Kefine themselves by their official web page if you didn’t have any luck with the store. Let me clarify something, this kind of approach is true, and the correct thing to do, for whatever IEM you get, from any brand, and is not something to do just with this model or with Kefine as a brand. With all that explained, lets dig in with this iem, because this one is a hard hitter, let me tell you… \---------- # The Hope. In my “audiophile journey” so far, I have constantly struggled with IEMs in the $50 price range: horrible fit, sensitivity to the tuning, I got to the point that I rather just got a decent enough driver, like a planar, and spent almost a month EQing it to my taste, because whatever was on the market at the moment just wasn’t a reasonable option for me, I had given up hope on it. Then the Klean launched, and I just had to watch the graph to know that this was what I had been waiting for, everything was perfect, on paper of course, then the reviews poured in, and I knew I had to try it. If you have checked the $50 price range around the past 2 years you know by now that certain big nozzled red IEM has been totally dominating the bracket, and I just wonder why every company that put anything out around this price always had to drop the ball in one way or another, this time though, Kefine seems to have got the memo with the Klean, having all the potential to be the better alternative, but, is it? \---------- # The Bias. Before talking about iems, I need to mention a few things. Remember, every person listens in a different way, listening preferences are key to understanding what each person likes and dislikes and how that translates into the opinions given in a review: My preference in sound is neutral with bass boost and I don’t like too much boosted treble, however, I can handle an intense upper treble, so, what is not too bright or treble forward for me, could feel harsh for you, and what is bassy enough for me, could be too bassy or even muddy for you. I’m a bit biased towards more bassy, not so bright stuff, because I’m from the group of people that like to listen music mostly at a “high volume,” not at “hearing damage” levels, but I like to hear the sound close to me. Another think to note is that I’m a bit susceptible to shoutiness on iems, especially ones with energy around 4Khz, which usually affects female vocals, high pitched male vocals, and part of the lower treble, a lot of people doesn’t find this boosted area as a problem, but I usually do, and it gives the sound, but specifically vocals, this intense and harsh energy that doesn’t let me enjoy the rest of the sound too much, so if I personally find something what I consider “shouty”, for some might also be the case, but for others it might not. \---------- # The Review. * **Fit and Drivability.** The first impression wasn’t great in terms of fit, because of the interchangeable filters, the nozzle is on the larger side, so it felt a bit stuffy on my ears, that say, is not that bad, I have tried enough iems with a large nozzle to know that this one is still pretty much wearable for most people, but you likely would need to give it a bit of time to get used, especially if you have small ear canals like me, it will get better though, just, don’t expect the most comfortable fit if you know you have small ear canals. Other than that, the shell is comfortable enough and it does fit snugly on the ear, still, I do get a bit tired of wearing them from time to time so, as I said, is not the most comfortable I have ever used, your milage may vary, but it is not going to be terrible as other alternatives can get to be. For drivability, you can hook this ones to anything you have and you will have the same result more or less, you could, maybe, want to use a very basic dongle for some extra volume with these, but besides that, if it has a 3.5mm jack, it is good to go, there is no more resolution, clarity nor anything else to gain from amplification with this one, maybe the treble is a tiny bit more controlled, but it could very well be my imagination in this one, so, bottom line is, you can use a DAC, but you don’t need to. * **Technicalities:** It has very good resolution for the price, but still around what you can expect of this price bracket, sometimes though, I think it borderline is above it, in my personal opinion anyway. Detail retrieval is pretty good, it initially didn’t “wow-ed” me, but after some time of use, you can see that it also excels quite a bit in this regard, totally in line with the price bracket, and, more often than not, borderline above it. When you are searching for details, on some occasions it will be very obvious about it, but in others it won’t be that evident. The soundstage is fairly open, doesn’t feel congested or too close to you, but around the same as the competition. Imaging is very good, with the direction of the sound, and separation is great, where you can kind of pick-up individual sounds without much problem; this IEM can handle busy tracks just fine, and you will have a (slightly above average) open, well organized, soundstage around your head. Timbre is very correct and there is little to no coloration from the bass, a very well done, “transparent” sound is produced. The note weight is a tiny bit on the softer side, the sound has presence, but you are not going to have any kind of aggressive sound energy most of the time. The replay is great, including low quality files, as I usually say, is not going to make your low-quality files better, but it is also not going to make them even worse. All in all, an enjoyable replay. * **Treble:** Fairly well extended, just the good enough amount of, not the airiest but you won’t be lacking detail or openness in that regard, it is, though, certainly not the main focus of the Klean, as it is fairly relaxed and unlikely to turn fatiguing or offensive in any way. It is, also, fairly smooth, controlled, there is not signal or shoutiness, so the lower treble is excellently done, and also no sibilance found on part of the driver, on top of that, tracks with sibilance are also pretty well controlled, so, if you are sensitive to treble and sibilance, this one is a pretty safe pick. There is some “crispiness” to the treble, just not “treble-head” material at all, the Klean just has a very safe amount of treble for most people on the hobby, with an energetic spark on top when needed. * **Mids/Vocals:** The mids are pretty crisp, very clean, and correct. Despite the somewhat energetic type of sound that the Klean manages to offer, the vocals aren’t pushed to the back or thinned out, from time to time male vocals could use a bit more body I must say, but other than that, you won’t have any kind of major problem in this area with the Klean. This might feel like a “meh” kind of opinion on the mid-range, but is just that there is not much to say other that it is very correct, very good, probably the best mid-range I have listen to at this price point, checks out all my boxes, and strikes and excellent balance between energy and safeness. Now, as the Klean is pretty balanced in terms of sound, the mids are also not like super forward or anything, so this is not a vocal centric kind of IEM, I just find it to have great qualities for vocals, showing that the driver used by Kefine is of excellent quality. * **Bass:** This is when things really get “crazy” with the Kefine Klean, because this driver manages, on top of being extremely clean and natural in the sound, to have a pretty rumbly, energetic kind of bass. The bass reaches pretty deep, the rumble has presence, and the mid-bass has some kick to it, now, the obvious focus is sub-bass rumble over mid-bass punch, so don expect the bass to have like the most authoritative slam, it is arguably a bit soft on that regard, but exactly what you need to have an excellent and versatile music experience. Texture is there, however, given than is a well-balanced kind of sound, prioritizing rumble over punch, it sometimes doesn’t stand out as much as you could want, so you can hear the detail on the bass, but can also get just a bit overshadowed by other sounds. The bass is well controlled and fairly fast, but lacks some physicality to it, you can totally hear it, but you don’t feel it that much. My point is, it’s excellent for people that like good quality bass on top of everything else, but it stays a few steps shy of being basshead material. * **Overall sound:** A balanced, slightly bass leaning iem, with smooth-ish correct and precise treble, well-presented clean, natural vocals/mid-range, and quality of rumbly, energetic bass. The more I use it the more I like it, being extremely versatile for most music genres and doing an excellent job at striking a nice, energetic balance to enjoy music in any situation. The problem with this kind of iems is that the lack of “buts” make it hard to explain yourself more, so when you try to say how good it is, you end up being redundant, and if you cut the words down, you end up failing to convey how good it actually is; a bless or a curse? I’m not sure, but what I’m sure of is that the people at Kefine did an excellent tuning job. But let me be clear, is it perfect? No, bass could have more slam, treble could be a bit more controlled, the mids could use some more body, resolution and detail retrieval could be better, the fit is also not the best, there are a lot of things that could be better, but the thing is, it’s just a $50 IEM, at this point you are nitpicking everything for how little it cost, is not perfect at all, but is the best shot I have seen from any company under $50 so far. \---------- # Unboxing Experience. For the budget you can expect much of the unboxing experience, that say, Kefine did a fairly good job to keep it simple but decent. Opening the box, you are greeted by the IEMs protected by foam around them, and below you will see a black accessories box, inside it you will find a Kefine branded carrying case that contains everything this iem comes with, which is not much, but is just enough. # Accessories. * Opening the carrying case the first thing you will encounter is the silver-white two-pin stock cable that has some “Kefine Klean” branding on it, is a pretty basic cable, a bit rubbery and not tangle free, but is fairly good for the price, gets the job done and doesn’t feel weak in any way, the chin slider moves pretty smoothly and the 3.5mm connection feels quite sturdy. * \- * There are 3 pairs of generic stock tips included, small, medium and large size, pretty standard, they are fine, but they are generic stock tips, nothing much to say about them, gets the job done. * \- * You can also find a second pair of interchangeable nozzles, black colored ones, which will reduce bass and boost mids and lower treble, so if you feel lacking detail and sparing some bass, you can screw this one in, is still fine, but is a less balanced experience. * \- * And surprisingly, at this price range, you get a full rigid carrying case with a zipper and all that, a pretty good and valuable addition to the package, and, in my books, this one makes up for the barebones accessories. * \- Besides that, there is nothing more in the package, again, just a decent experience on this front. \---------- # Conclusions. The Kefine Klean is an excellent pair of budget iems that comes to compete with other hard hitters in the $50 price bracket offering what various other companies have failed to achieve: a nice, balanced sounding and safe, well-performing alternative of an allrounder pick. If you are planning to start your journey properly, this one is a great option, just be aware that you might get a bit spoiled because of the value this one packs. I want to thank the people at Kefine for giving me a token of trust and making this review possible. I will do my best to bring people the best IEM alternatives on the market to pick and choose from, hoping for a continuous collaboration with IEM brands to makes this possible. **Thanks for reading, the budget knight bids farewell, good luck. – O.E.**
r/iems • The King Slayer (Kefine Klean review). ->depending on your budget, there are some options, but a bass that "covers other instruments" its what people call muddy, and muddiness is not only about the bass being boosted or not. For around your price range, iems that would work better for that would be: ew300 if you can do the strech, or Sgor Luna should work too and its a planar too, that just has a bit More mid-bass. Kefine Klean is another really good pick around $50 that would give you that extra bass, but it might or might not be too much extra bass (with the silver filter).
r/iems • [deleted by user] ->I own the klean, and its pretty good but i cant say for sure how it compares to the Vivace, sadly i dont play games much anymore, it is, at least, better than most $20 stuff for sure. maybe you could get the vivace and save for a AE Delci disscount? If its any worth mentioning, so far anyone i have recomended the Vivace (and got it) have liked it a lot tho. Klean is also a bit large in the nozzle, if comfort is very relevant to you, i would rather say the Vivace is better on that regard.
r/iems • What are some good IEMs for gaming around $50? ->This is a Sub $50-ish iem list i made: [\- Click Here -](https://www.reddit.com/r/iems/s/ewQg6y32HB) You can search there, specially the "balanced" part of the list, for options, but my personal recs are: For music listening: Kefine Klean. For gaming: Tripowin Vivace. Both are pretty safe choices to make and with overall good performance.
r/iems • Good IEM for under $50 USD? ->I have a few reviews published on my profile if you wanna check them (Models Reviewed so far are: Dunu Kima 2, Titan S2, Kefine Klean, Dunu DK3001BD, 7Hz Elua and Dunu Falcon Ultra). Oh, and also TRN Orca but is a very old and novice review xd.
r/iems • Thoughts on the dunu titan s2? ->Second the klean, as long as OP doesnt live in a very humid city, Klean is currently the best balanced option at $50, it is a kind of soft V-shape, but it doesnt color the sound Which is why you would ever want a balanced/neutral iem ideally.
r/iems • Best balanced Iem under 50 dollar (2025) ->having the QKZxHBB (besides other models like Kefine Klean, and having tested Cadenza, Salnotes Zero blue and so on), there arent that many similar warm options around $50, and around $100 there are options but with some things to consider, first, the closets i think would be 7hz Legato, but not sure how different is going to feel since is also a bass heavy iem but it has more amount of and a stronger presence of bass vs the QKZ one, so thats a bass heavy option if you want one. If you want something just more warm and relaxed, the Aful Explorer is the way, but might be too expensive if is not on a sale, so, Tangzu Fudu, if you can find it, comes quite close, but is a VERY relaxed set, so you might need some time to get used to it even if using the QKZ. And if you have a dongle DAC to power them the Letshouer S08 could also be an excellent choice for warm and bassy. If you havent checked it yet, This is a Sub $100-ish iem list i made: [\- Click Here -](https://www.reddit.com/r/iems/s/OXgg8IsbYi) Youn can get a bit more insgiht on each one of the mentioned iems if you wish.
r/iems • Seeking recommendations for a warm, lush sound ->i suggest Kefine Klean honestly, the safest option around $50 and you arent really going to get much better performance around $50, the only option might be the KZ PRX BUT it needs good amplification.
r/iems • Best IEM for a 50$ budget in 2024? ->if you can push the budget a bit, or buy on the upcoming 11.11 sales, the Kefine Klean is the options. If you want it right now and you can buy from online stores, the tripowin vivache would be a good pick. other than that, you would really go down to the $20 budget, cadenza is not bad, is fairly detailed and all that, but you have 50% chances of feeling it too shouty since its sound leans a lot into the 4khz area (high-pitched vocals) and some people are sensible to that, so i cant safely recomend them. i guess the step down Would be around the tangzu Waner, the Salnotes zero 2 or the QKZxHBB. but at that price point technical performance is not that great or apparent.
r/iems • Best IEM for a 50$ budget in 2024? ->i had the Cadenza, i have the klean, i 100% think is an upgrade, BUT, 2 things: the tuning is quite similar, but Klean has a bit better comfort, and second and most relevant, the Klean struggles a bit with humidity, if you live in a humid country, is not the best pick, would be a good idea to be storing it with 1-2 packs of silical gel, but the build quality is a bit better otherwise on the klean, but just a tiny bit on some areas.
r/iems • Would it be a good idea to change my Kiwi Ears Cadenza for some Kefine Klean ones? ->Ie200 are very well known for their exceptional performance with not so exceptional cable. Another set of small iems are kefine delci. They are bassy but have a small footprint. The kefine kleans are also well regarded but have a bit bulkier footprint. Another option which I personally have are the final audio e3000. These are amongst the smallest iem I have ever seen and sound reasonable for the fact that they have been here for well over 4 years. The whole e series are small pill sized so you can give them a check as well.
r/iems • Help me choose small but good IEMs under $100-120 ->Yes, that could have been the case. I heard them at an audio event and compared to all the other earphones (even budget ones), they felt wierd. But I only spend a short time with them so there is that. I've found that soundstage and dynamics are very important for me and the Midbass-Uppermids level determines that for my ear anatomy. So even very cheap earphones like Wan'er and QKZ HBB sound good due to their soundstage. While Kefine Klean feels very one dimensional and lacks dynamics (contrary to what everyone else says). Olina SE, EA500LM and Supermix 4 are all great in these aspects (but they have their own issues).
r/iems • Which IEM made you go 'nope' instantly? 😆 ->I’d say get a kefine Klean, that would be a fantastic first set.
r/iems • The Truthear X Crinacle Zero Blue 2- An Unboxing and Review ->Neither. The Crin Red is overrated and has long nozzles that can cause fit issues. The ATH-M20x is hot garbage. Piercing, grainy treble, bloated bass. A V-shaped mess. Poster below is correct, too. IEMs are a MUCH better value in your price range. For less than $60, I recommend either the Kefine Klean or Artti T10.
r/iems • Guys which one should I buy ->You should get a unit with a bone conduction driver (BCD) if you crave wide stage and pinpoint imaging. BCD really brings out those two aspects of sound. If you can stretch your budget a bit, Penon Fan 3 is superb at $175, but you need to join the Penon VIP email list at the Penon website and wait a few weeks until you receive a code to get that price, which is 50 percent off. It will happen; you just need to be patient. The Pula Anvil also is an excellent BCD set for around $199. I own the Fan 3 and have tested the Anvil extensively. Both are lovely, but I would go for the Fan 3 with the VIP code. I'm also testing the KiwiEars Aether now. Very good for a big planar driver. No BCD. It's $135 at Amazon right now. Very nice imaging, but stage isn't huge. Still, balanced sound. Don't sleep on the Kefine Klean (single dynamic driver) or Artti T10 (single planar driver), either. Both have excellent balance and vocal clarity, with solid stage and imaging, at just $50 each. Punch WAY above their weight despite no BCD.
r/iems • Guys which one should I buy ->Buy the Kefine Klean for $51 USD and thank me later.
r/iems • Guys which one should I buy ->Hope you love them. Almost certain you will. Make sure you find tips that give you the best seal. Aftermarket tips can help. I use Penon Liqueur orange on my Klean. They're marvelous IEMs for the price, and looks like you got a hell of a discount! :)
r/iems • Guys which one should I buy ->Tanchjim Bunny Tripowin Piccolo Both better than anything on your list. Or, if your budget can stretch to $50 USD, get the Kefine Klean and thank me later.
r/iems • [Need Help Choosing] Tangzu Wan’er vs KZ Castor Pro vs ZS10 Pro 2 vs ZSX Pro – Best Budget IEM for 2025? ->You heard wrong about the Klean. It's remarkable set for $50.
r/iems • [Need Help Choosing] Tangzu Wan’er vs KZ Castor Pro vs ZS10 Pro 2 vs ZSX Pro – Best Budget IEM for 2025? ->So, one maniac's review caused you to think the Klean is overrated? Interesting. I do not own the Bunny. Have many friends who do and have lauded it. I do own the Klean. It's terrific for $50. The name fits the sound signature.
r/iems • [Need Help Choosing] Tangzu Wan’er vs KZ Castor Pro vs ZS10 Pro 2 vs ZSX Pro – Best Budget IEM for 2025? ->my least favourite from the list is inawaken dawn.. Imo, klean and cadenza are better
r/iems • Which one to choose ?? ->I have to agree with your observations. It's not the warmest of the three but it has the most balanced presentation for me. Sure, I'm not expecting it to compete with higher end single DD stuff like the Tanchjim Origin but it does punch above is weight and is comparable to stuff costing twice as much. It does lack technicality and resolution of the better sets at higher price points. For me, it's like 70-75% there compared to endgames like the Prestige and thus a great value. Some people mentioned the metal shells bothering some people... The weight for extended wear or the chilling effect while wearing. I overheat easily and the smaller size overall make this one of my go-to sets for sleeping. I also prefer the more balanced tuning for the things I tend to listen to... Jazz, instrumental, singer songwriter stuff. But it still does rock and metal pretty well. Still has decent thump for hip hop/R&B and techno.
r/iems • Which one to choose ?? ->Simgot EW300 and Kefine Klean are current stand out. if you want planar for that extra details, there are ARTTI T10, SGOR Luna, and KZ PRX are all under $70.
r/iems • Overwhelmed by the amount of options. ->Looks like I have my next iem ordered, thank you https://preview.redd.it/g7ieljj6bkve1.png?width=340&format=png&auto=webp&s=3e703d3c462b7602471b599fc2a8b3a77731a194
r/iems • Guys which one should I buy ->Hi OmenchoEater, I just read your review and other comments so I feel like I can trust you. I'm currently using tangzu wan'er and want to upgrade it to Klean. What are the sound differences between these two? I see that Klean has more bass and overall more treble than wan'er, but I don't know if the difference is too big between these. How would you describe the sound difference in terms of frequencies and quality in general? is it brighter than wan'er overall? Klean is currently on sale on Ali so I think I might get it because it seems like a bang for bucks but I want some additional info. Thank you.
r/iems • The King Slayer (Kefine Klean review). ->is it overall cleaner and more refined and more powerful in general?
r/iems • The King Slayer (Kefine Klean review). ->I felt like wan'er has not enough treble, it has a good amount of bass that is punchy but to me it lacks that sparkle while having enough bass. Btw, when I try out different stock wan'er tips i can really feel some small addition to bass/treble. So now I think I'll go with klean cuz it's more balanced and refined overall. Plus, it comes with some kind of a cheap dac. I also ordered trn clarion eartips. I hope this will basically be my endgame. Thank you for your reply. I wish there were more people like you on this subreddit. ^^
r/iems • The King Slayer (Kefine Klean review). ->Dioko are not very v-shaped, neither are the Hexa. Both lean very neutral. You probably find them either too harsh in the upper frequencies, lacking bass or generally not exciting enough. You can still go for the Aria 2 which have a nice V shape but the Kefine Klean are half the price and come with a thumpier bass response compared to the much more tame bass on the Aria 2. Not much reason to go any more expensive for V shape under $100 because they're that good, save the money for something else, maybe your next IEM.
r/iems • Reccomend me a V shaped IEM in 100$ ->If you desperately want an upgrade to the sound quality, go for the Kefine Delci instead, they're pricier than the Klean with a very similar v-shaped signature. More restrained mids which makes the rest stand out more, some people like it, but I also heard many people say they outright prefer the Klean.
r/iems • Reccomend me a V shaped IEM in 100$ ->Literally Clean, Good for Acoustic, And Pop, They Sound natural
r/iems • Best possible iem in the range of 60-80$. Considering the EW300 & Tangzu XuanNv ->I was listening to them until last month, when my Kefine Klean filled up this sound signature with more refinement in treble and also more comfortably in the ears. But it's still a great iem, I'm waiting for the announced Zero:RED 2.
r/iems • TruthEar x Crinacle ZERO: RED in 2024 ->I'd prefer the Klean for now. If you really want the Zero:RED, they'll probably get lower in price soon, when the Zero:RED 2 was released.
r/iems • TruthEar x Crinacle ZERO: RED in 2024 ->They are a superb v-shaped iem; in my opinion they are better than a few more expensive ones in that sound signature, like the Letshuoer D13 and even the Kinera Celest Phoenixcall. I'll surely keep them in my collection. Compared to the Klean, they sound more energetic and bright, but the Klean has a clearer midrange.
r/iems • TruthEar x Crinacle ZERO: RED in 2024 ->In one sentence, the Klean is a great IEM with good build that offers different tunings with good accessories. The sound of the Klean is neither offensive nor is it boring. It offers a natural sound that may appeal to a lot of people. If you want a slightly brighter tuning, use the black nozzle caps/filters. If you want something a tad more balanced, the white ones are the way to go. The Klean comes with 3 pairs of standard silicone tips as well as a nice low profile carrying case. The cables are decent, but not fantastic. Good for the price. How do these compare with others in the price range? I might like these more than my Zero Reds. They’re natural, but not boring (the way the Zero Red can sometimes be). They’re slightly brighter and have a bit more detail than the Wyvern Abyss and the Kiwi Ears Cadenza. This set kind of reminds me of the Singolo, but with better accessories and a lower price. One thing I’ve discovered is that the nozzle tips have the same threading as the Moondrop Chu 2. So you can pop out the Chu’s filter and go filterless with the Klean. This gives a very bright and airy tuning. With great sound, good build quality, decent accessories and multiple tuning options, the Klean is a winner for me. I bought this myself at a discount, but even at full price, it’s definitely worth it.
r/iems • Kefine Klean quick review ->Op this is the advice right here, get Klean they are fantastic
r/iems • Guys which one should I buy ->I own these and the review is on point! I totally love these for the sheer value they bring, with an excellent package overall with amazing build quality. They don’t feel cheap at all. Kefine has been releasing bangers after bangers this year.
r/iems • The King Slayer (Kefine Klean review). ->Open back studio headphones - samson sr850 In ear monitor - Truthear zero/kefine klean For the best sound, absolutely forget getting a wireless one, wires is the way to go.
r/HeadphoneAdvice • [deleted by user] ->I know there's a quite a few people who have been waiting for me to finally make this post. I apologize for the delay, I was still waiting for an iem to be delivered. A little background: I've been an fps gamer all my life. I used to play cod semi-profressionally and participated in both online and LAN tournaments for money. The main fps games I play today are apex, cod and siege. Ever since I discovered the audiophile world with studio headphones I was amazed how much better headphones sounded compared to gaming headsets. Fast forward to present day and I am now into IEMs and discovering which ones are the best for gaming. As a disclaimer my thoughts and opinions are my own. I understand there are YouTubers such as Fresh Reviews, Ryan Ho, and Gadgetry Tech that may or may not agree with my takes. So please take my thoughts and opinions with a grain of salt as I am just a chill guy who likes to game competitively. The way I determine if an iem (or headphone) is good for gaming is by 3 main categories: soundstage, imaging, and sound separation. A good and accurate soundstage has good width (x), height (y), and depth (z). Imaging, or stereo imaging, is the spacial perception and ability to perceive the precise placement of sounds. Essentially directional audio. I.e left, right, center, back, top left, etc. Sound separation in a iem or headphone is the ability to pick up different sounds at once without it overlapping each other. So the ability to hear explosions go off, gun shots, gadgets, footsteps, etc without distorting the other sounds. With that being said here's the list of iems that I've tried each with a short review and a rating out of 5 for gaming (3 is usable, anything less is not): CCZ BC01 Pro (1) - way too bassy, bad vertical directional audio. Better options CCZ BC04 Pro (2) - same issue as the BC01 but a much more tolerable bass. Better options Moondrop Chu 2 (1.5) - sound is okay, soundstage felt narrow to me. Imaging was okay. Sound separation was below average. Premium feel and build but I didn't like how heavy they were on my ears. Better options Truthear Gate (2) - sound great but not good for gaming. Narrow soundstage, imaging is okay, below average sound separation. Better options Truthear Zero Red (?) - literally couldn't fit in my ears properly without severe pain. So I couldn't test the IEM and returned it. Will be testing the zero 2 tho Truthear Hexa (4) - comfort is not that good, better than the zero reds tho, soundstage and imaging is okay, sound separation is decent. Also not a fan of how they sound tbh. Too neutral for me Tripowin Vivaci (3) - nearly identical to the zeros 2 in technical performance but I like the zero 2 more in terms of overall sound. And for $5 more you can get the 7Hz G1 which is better than both 7Hz Zero (2.5) - a bit too bright, zero 2 is better 7Hz Zero 2 (3) - average soundstage, decent imaging, below average sound separation. Best $20 iem imo, better options as you continue to go up in price 7Hz G1 (4.5) - a Klean but cheaper with a more fun v-shaped sound signature, get this if you're on a budget 7Hz Sonus (4.5) - the most underrated iem for gaming, great imaging and great soundstage but average sound separation. EW300 is a bit better cuz it has better sound separation Kiwi Ears Canta (3.5) - a bit too bright for most people, good imaging, okay soundstage, below average sound separation Kiwi Ears Quartet (4) - best soundstage imo, super comfy fit, imaging is okay and sound separation is average Kefine Klean (4.5) - a better Delci, better sound separation and arguably better sound signature imo Kefine Delci (4) - good soundstage and imaging, slightly above average sound separation Simgot EW300 (4.5) - nearly endgame but still needs better sound separation. Simgot EM6L (5) - endgame, great soundstage, great imaging, great sound separation. Can't recommend it due to it's nozzle QC issues. Otherwise I probably wouldn't use any other IEM for gaming but this Simgot Supermix 4 (3.5) - not endgame. Might get some hate for this but I was really not impressed by this iem for gaming. It had a narrow soundstage and okay imaging, good sound separation tho. EM6L is way better Other IEMs I am planning to review: ND Planet, Tangzu Waner 2, KZ EDC Pro, Truthear Zero 2 Blue, and Kiwi Ears Airoso Note - in the end I recommend the 7Hz G1, 7Hz Sonus and EW300. The DT 900 Pro X and 770 Pro X are my reference headphones for directional audio for competitive fps games. Those headphones essentially make me feel like I have wall hacks and the iems perform 85-90% as good. The best was definitely the EM6L where I felt nearly no difference in performance with my headphones but I can't recommend it because of the nozzle QC issue. It is an easy fix by super gluing it back on but that shouldn't even happen for an iem worth $110 in the first place. With that being said I will still review iems (and headphones) above and below the respective prices but I feel that you will be perfectly happy with the performance of the iems I recommended. Side Note: I'm currently in the process of building a website with the best gaming peripheral recommendations which includes not only iems but headphones, keyboards, mice, monitors, even pro controllers and more. Hope you all have a blessed day and find this helpful in your purchasing decision!
r/iems • Best IEMs for FPS Gaming: The results may surprise you ->I started my journey with Kefine Kleans to timeless og to performer 5+2 and now to the tea pros. They all sounded great in their own way but putting on the tea pros is like listening to music for the very first time as if every other headphone ive ever heard was veiled. I normally wear 6xx headphones on a jds lab element iii and have a hard time finding a better headphone but these tea pro iems are better than every other model mentioned here. They do something magical. I'm on spin fit cp100 tips and a fiio k11 dac.
r/iems • Talk me out/in of Mangird tea pros ->I got lucky with the Inawaken Dawn, the tuning and sound is perfect. Haven’t had to EQ anything. Warm leaning but bright & airy too. The sub & mid bass is incredible & smooth, punchy where needed, never bleeds/bloats. Vocals are balanced, never shrill or forward. It’s a great musical set, you’ll definitely enjoy them. Works for a variety of genres too. The fit is incredible, light, shorter nozzle, so sits great in-ear/canal area isn’t irritated. Can wear all day with zero fatigue. Cable is lovely & non-microphonic. Tips need changing though (minor issue). Penon Liqueur Orange (increased detail and soundstage) work great with them. - Kefine Klean is close in tuning (slightly higher 8k) and probably the closest to each other but the comfort on Inawaken, plus better build quality with acrylic shells & beautiful hand-painted faceplates wins out (that’s what swung it for me). Lots of people love these but Inawaken have something magical about them, very addictive listen. - Ignore the Cadenza’s, other 2 are much better step ups for much extra money. Tried them and they lack detail and something was just a bit off (for me).
r/iems • Which one to choose ?? ->Look at the Inawaken Dawn if you’re interested in the Klean/upgrade from Cadenza’s. Really similar tuning to Klean but smoother treble. Bass is punchy and textured (no bloat/bleed), mids have great weighting & vocals feel balanced for both male/female. Works for variety of musical genres too. Very comfortable fit & quality resin build too. Klean is handy with the 2 tuning nozzles and smaller, understated metal build. Bass and treble are slightly increased vs Inawaken but both iems are warm leaning. Worth checking out reviews to compare.
r/iems • Would it be a good idea to change my Kiwi Ears Cadenza for some Kefine Klean ones? ->Kefine Klean: warm leaning but the treble detail covers the gaming side well. Good all rounder.
r/iems • IEM for PC gaming and music and anime.. ->Thanks a lot buddy. I was so so confused between the klean and artti 10. I know it's planar so it has its own techs to it. But i think there is a significant price difference specially where I live the artti 10 is 35 dollars more. Now I'm getting the klean. Thanks aaa lottttt... 🙂😁
r/iems • Kefine Klean Review ->Ew 300 is much better If you can handle the tuning. Else save money And get the kefine klean
r/iems • Best possible iem in the range of 60-80$. Considering the EW300 & Tangzu XuanNv ->Ill separate my answers/tips. - Comfort is 100% all about eartips, I found myself liking the kiwi ears flex in most of all my iems the other options is the divinus velvet. - Klean and the DZ4 should be ur way to go. - Ur Dac is more than enough to drive 98% of available iems in the market. - S12 pro is 2 leagues above the Iems ur trying to buy. Planars IEMs handle EQ really well, before purchasing budget iems to replace them try other eartips and EQ. Your going to be surprise by that driver prowess.
r/iems • Letsheour DZ4 or Kefine Klean or Simgot EW200 ->The Zero red are solid, do be warned the nozzle size are very large on them, so if your ear canals are a bit on the medium to smaller end they can get very uncomfortable. They do have really good Bass and sub-bass, but in terms of detail retrieval, especially in the upper end they're not as good as some other options. They still are a very solid pick though Simgot EW300 - $56 on sale w/ amazon prime, and are an incredible IEM for that price. Has 2 nozzles with a bit different tuning. ($56 version is the one with the 3.5mm cable) Tangzu YuXuanJi - $50, but not on amazon so you'd have to wait for shipping Kefine Klean - $49 on amazon, and some other places The apple dongle (as long as it's the US version, EU version is under powered) would drive any of these without issue.
r/iems • I analyzed the 25 most recommended IEMs on Reddit ->I had the exact same experience with the zero Red, I still hate It to this Day. It is seriously lacking in every aspect. Build is bad, horrible confort, shitty cable and Very underwhelming sound. I still cant figure out Why they are so well regarded. And I vonsider myself and audiophile, I have many dacs, amps and a While collection of iems ALL the way from $10 to $300 and the zero Red is one of the most disapointing iem I ever owned. The worst parte is that for some reason, people here Will try to Gaslight you into thinking you're the problem. They Said to me that I Was not used to proper "neutral" sound or that I Was not giving It the correct ammount of amplification, anything other than considering that the Red is not that good. I suggest you look into Kefine Klean, Letshuoer D13, Fiio FH3, Simgot EA500 or something else in that range. Im loving the FH3 and Klean. The Klean is everything I thought the Zero Red would be.
r/iems • Disappointed with the Truthear Zero Red IEMs ->Kefine Klean obliterates the Zero Red
r/iems • Guys which one should I buy ->Kefine klean is an easy pick. Same driver as delci with better turning and lower price but at the cost of worse cable and shell(still fully metel tho)
r/iems • Best possible iem in the range of 60-80$. Considering the EW300 & Tangzu XuanNv ->This is the first IEM I owned that I felt didn't need EQ. I have higher end IEM, but I love the Kleans EQ curve. That bass.. hmm 😀
r/inearfidelity • need suggestion on iem under 60$(5k inr) ->+1. for Kefine Klean The only IEM I don't EQ on Qudelix5k
r/iems • What’s an IEM you’d tell 99% of people to blind buy? ->Kefine Klean and T10? Yea, Probably. Explorer? **NO**, it's definitely not everyone's cup of tea.
r/iems • What’s an IEM you’d tell 99% of people to blind buy? ->Kefine Klean, is hands down the best among these two. It punches above its weight, has great rumbling base and clear vocals. Treble is smooth, so while you do get the instrument separation, it never tires you.
r/iems • Better choice among these two? ->It boils down to good tuning, drivers and build quality, not on whether something comes with DSP chip or otherwise. Klean in my opinion leads the category and even beats the costlier Zero Reds. A dear friend has Vivace, and when he listened to my pair of Kleans, he ordered those sitting in my lounge.
r/iems • Better choice among these two? ->Have all three and on paper/technically speaking, the kefine klean is probably the best pick. Personally though, I really like the dawn ms a lot. I have a lot of IEMs that are in the 300-400 dollars range and while they’d logically be no match, there is something about the dawn Ms that makes me grab them every now and again and use them for a good few hours. I have a few kiwi ears IEMs (6) and a lot of love for almost all of them, but I’m not wildly impressed with the Cadenza. Don’t get me wrong, they’re still good and would be a good pick as a starter set, but if I HAD to choose between those three, it’d be the dawn Ms
r/iems • Which one to choose ?? ->Get the Kefine Klean, it has shaken up the price bracket. Good audio gear is getting cheaper and cheaper. I’m rocking Sivga Que among others and I paid 69$ for it. 5 years ago this kind of build, cable and driver and sound quality would easily be 200$
r/iems • Which one should I buy? ->I've had my Kefine Klean for over 2 weeks now and yeah they hit different when it comes to vocal centric music.
r/iems • Looking for IEMs Under $50 with a Warm Sound Signature – Mainly Listen to Trance & Various Music Styles ->You are on an iem reddit. Of course we will say the iem. That being said get the kefine klean and safe yourself a few dollars. Some people complain about the fit of the zero reds but they say they sound good.
r/iems • Guys which one should I buy ->Depends what direction you want to go with the sound, nowadays there's a lot of good options My two picks would be: Simgot ew200 if you want a brighter sound with very good technical performance, forward vocals, midbass focused. Sound signature is pretty forward and aggressive so it might not be the best if youre used to listening at high volumes, but it can be pretty satisfying for basically almost any genre Kefine delci/klean if you want a smoother, sub-bass heavy and warm sound, very good Soundstage width, smooth but detailed treble. It sounds significantly more relaxed than the ew200, with a bit of a tradeoff on vocals, which sound less forward and satisfying, but for chill music or instrumentals these are very pleasing and relaxing. The klean as far as I understand is a cheaper version of the delci with the same sound quality and interchangeable nozzles, but honestly if you find a good deal the delci is probably still a good pick, just the klean might be slightly cheaper
r/inearfidelity • need suggestion on iem under 60$(5k inr) ->
