I always used to use headphones on ear but for practicality I decided to buy some IEM Kinera Celest and I really like them. I don't deny that after a while it bothers me to feel them in my ear but it is not very often, as for games the truth is that I don't play competitive titles but in 3D games if I notice that spatiality especially when I use Hesuvi, for example in Monster Hunter 3 ultimate I clearly distinguish the monsters when they come from around me or fly over me. There are iems that have a better soundstage but they are usually more expensive. I also use an inexpensive dac dongle (Tempotec Sonata HD III).
r/HeadphoneAdvice • Are iems worth it? ->I have the Kineras, got them from AliExpress for like 15€ and I really like them! I did change the tips for the ones that come with the chu 2 and that made them a lot more comfortable. They sound great imo :)
r/iems • help me pick one of these, mainly using it for fps games like valo and stuff. ->Kinera Celest PhoenixCall Underrated and rarely mentioned.
