"Literally couldn't think of any pair of IEMs + dongle dacs could sound as analytical as the C3P+ for around $70. ... detail is just sooo much better. The C3P+ is just leagues ahead the I5 in terms of detail and resolution. ... the C3P+ is actually the closest sounding one to really expensive iems or headphone that I have."
"Crazy good from the jump! ... When you factor in they're only $99 and go toe-to-toe with Bose QC Ultra at $299, this is the deal of the year!"
"Can't recommend them enough for the value, sound like $200 earphones."

"For gaming, these are perfect. ... As a valorant immortal, tier 2 and premier player, I can confidently say that the imaging and soundstage are spot-on. ... Footsteps, directional cues, and in-game sounds are incredibly precise and natural, giving a competitive edge without any unnecessary bass/treble bloat."
"For gaming the Tea Pros so far are a 10/10, I play mostly Hunt: Showdown and the additional separation, staging, and tighter but punchy bass were all noticeably better for my ears."
"endgame ... Otherwise I probably wouldn't use any other IEM for gaming but this ... The best was definitely the EM6L where I felt nearly no difference in performance with my headphones ... The EM6L is by far and away the best iem for fps gaming. ... But as of rn the EM6L is the best imo ... The EM6L is still king of gaming in my opinion. ... Em6l is still end game."

"I love the bass and the vocals—both come through clean and clear. ... Bass is punchy with good sub-bass rumble, but it stays clean and doesn’t bleed into the mids. ... It’s got a nice texture too—more balanced and fun compared to sets like the Zero 2 or Hola."
"these do perform extremely well in vocal and instrument centric songs. ... everything else felt like a day and night difference between the hexa and the enco buds, especially vocals."
"Clarity/detail retrieval is great. ... Figuring out different enemies from there footsteps is easy. ... it was the 1st time i realized just how detailed footsteps, gun reloading and shooting sounds in val were after I used the iems. Insane."

"It’s super light, fits in overhead bin, and very sturdy. ... It’s survived about 20+ plane rides, we traveled a ton with it."
"held up like new despite walking it everyday in every weather for hours at a time"
"i have been using kz edx pro iem for the past 2 years and they work great"

"I couldn’t get over how clear the treble presentation was despite a fairly thunderous subbass, in a single dynamic driver set. For less than 10 bucks."
"Bassy for good tactile footsteps."
"EDX Pro 2 has the same tuning and about 2-3dB more bass, I prefer the balance of the Gale though, both are an incredible value for the price (+/-$8-9)."

"the plastic tips that came with the pair are uncomfortable and make my ears hurt just like the first pair did, on even short 2 minute versions."
"The tips that come with them are genuinely awful, they don’t seal properly. ... I don’t feel like spending time and effort to find tips that fit nicely and also allow them to still fit into the case. ... I borrowed a pair from some IEM’s that sealed good but they didn’t transform the sound and wouldn’t fit into the case nicely."
"being more uncomfortable ... the plastic tips that came with the pair are uncomfortable and make my ears hurt just like the first pair did, on even short 2 minute versions. ... I've tried all the pairs now and even the pairs that came in my first pair none of them actually seal properly."

"KZ has no right not put this out witouth any promotion and looking so budget when it could easily be a solid $20 iem option if the shell was a bit more solid and didnt come with KZ trashy cable. ... i personally would have liked them to just be different versions because this way people might know about one but not the other and its something worth to know IMO, but also, i rather they to have better cable and shell altogether so they would be way easier to recomend and not require a cable swap anyway lol ... Yes about the cable, I feel the same but this are low cost and is understandable the Zenith on the other hand is an absolute shame, they make it really difficult to reconcomed without mentioning a new cable. ... i think they should really repackage those with a better cable and a more sleek looking shell and make them $20 flat, but welp, one can dream XD ... bruh, might aswell, it really only needs a cable upgrade XD"

Is funny because this is more or less the EW300 tuning, on a cheaper set with still a decent driver, KZ has no right not put this out witouth any promotion and looking so budget when it could easily be a solid $20 iem option if the shell was a bit more solid and didnt come with KZ trashy cable. ... bruh, might aswell, it really only needs a cable upgrade XD"

Lots of BUDGET options, I'm currently loving a pair of £10 (Amazon)FiiO JD10 USB C IEMs, they have built in tuning modes so I saves faffing around with your player. They also do the 3.5mm version of your player doesn't support usb audio. I also have a pair of KZ EDX PRO IEMs which are good, they're even better now I've switched the 3.5mm cable for an upgraded silver usb c cable 👍🏼 So check the FiiO & KZ ranges, not all of us can afford £200 on a pair of ear candy 😉 oh and I listened to everything from classical to blues, k-pop to metal, dance to jazz 😂 quite eclectic
r/iems • V-shaped Tuning IEM recommendations? ->I use the edx pro as my "if it breaks or gets lost no big deal" set, they're absolutely fine for general daily use, got them with 3.5mm cable and they sounded fine, plugged them into the usb c upgraded cable and they sound pretty damn good! Definitely worth the few $
r/iems • Cheap kz iem recommendation ->Don't know which is best, but I highly doubt I could find anything that sounds even remotely as good as the EDX Pro for 3$ from AliExpress.
r/HeadphoneAdvice • Which KZ iem is the best? ->I've got kz edx EDC prx castor pro improved bass and I'm getting the kz sagas what do u think about all of them?
r/iems • My ONLY KZ collection (total 20)🤣🤣🤣 ->Yeah at this point they are outclassed even by KZs own edc and edx lines. They are still ok at their price points. But they are no longer the top budget, iems like they were 5 years ago. If you don't have an aliexpress account at this point, you can snag a edc or edx for 2 bucks thanks to the welcome deal
r/iems • Did I make a mistake going with the KZ ZS10 Pro over the Wan’er or 7Hz Zero:2? ->Yikes: that's a bummer about difficulties in Brazil with taxes and import duties... As for the KZ EDX... yeah I have the KZ EDX Pro's, and I did not like them at all. Very shrill and just overall kind of muddy. The thing I like about the KZ Castors by comparison is that, first of all, they just sound good, but also, they are the only IEM that I have tried with the ability to adjust the sound profile. There are little tiny sliders/switches on them so you can bump highs, mids, and lows up or down. It's kind of a neat feature if you want to try to taylor the sound a little bit to your liking. And you shouldn't need a DAC for any of the ones I mentioned. It's not bad to have one, but you don't need one to drive most of these entry level IEM's. You can also grab the Apple USBC to 3.5mm audio adapter: to my knowledge that's about the best DAC you can get for the money as they are cheap and easy to find, and I can confirm as I have one: they work and sound great plugged into my Windows 11 PC or iPhone. But again, you don't NEED one. I have used iems plugged directly into my PC's audio port, I have used them plugged into the monitor out on my audio interface, and I have used them on the headphone out on USB mics. I have also used them plugged into an Xbox controller when playing on my Series X so you shouldn't have any issues to be honest. But yeah, the microphone is the hardest part. A lot of people buy different cables for their iem's because the ones that come stock aren't always good, and you can buy some with a built-in mic. I can't really speak to how well these work though since I am using a dedicated XLR mic into my audio interface that I use for recording music. I also have some friends that squad up with us sometimes that just use the wired earbuds that came with their phones and they seem happy with that as well. Good luck: I hope you find something that works for you!
r/Warzone • What headphone pro player use? ->I've only had 3 iems so far 'coz I'm broke, but out of the 3 I have, the Kinera Celest Wyvern Blacks impressed the hell out of me coming from a KZ ZEX and a KZ EDX. Currently looking at Juzear x Z Reviews Defiant next
r/iems • Which IEM impressed you the most? ->I went from more expensive stuff to KZ ZS10 Pro X (and Pro 2). And still recommend them to most people at most levels. Ofc theres better stuff if budget is over 500€, but below that theres not much better stuff. Most likely will have to get aftermarket foam tips for them, as they dont usually come with any. Good seal is paramount to hearing bass
r/Bass • Any recommendations for in ear monitors? Seen plenty of affordable ones but want to know what works best for hearing bass in a live band mix. ->Comply memory foams. I have two pairs (Pro X and Pro 2). For bass I prefer the Pro X for some reason, even if the Pro 2 has those tuning dip switched. The other pair uses comply and the other pair has foams I took from my old Mackie IEM
r/Bass • Any recommendations for in ear monitors? Seen plenty of affordable ones but want to know what works best for hearing bass in a live band mix. ->Kefine kleans have a great look, excellent build quality, quality cable, nice sound but are slightly quiet for me when comparing to zero2, simgot ew200,trn conch, chu2, kz edx
r/iems • looking for $60 or less IEM recommendations ->First of all: I am not an expert in hi-fi. I'm just a simple man who was looking for good IEMs, and this is only my subjective opinion. The IEMs I was looking for should cost between $50 and $150 and should have balanced, lively bass with pleasant treble that does not tire the ears. So far, I have tried many IEMs and tested them on my PC and smartphone without any additional devices. No DAC, no amp. It was important to me that they were ready to use right out of the box. For me, good sound is when it is carried by lively bass and deep frequencies that guide you through the music, especially for drum and bass and metal. Low frequencies, and especially bass, form the basis of a good listening experience; that's the primary purpose of why I prefer hi-fi headphones, to get into it. My rotation: **≈ 50$ IEMs which I tested:** LINSOUL TANGZU Wan'er LINSOUL SIMGOT EW200 MOONDROP CHU II LINSOUL 7Hz x Crinacle Zero:2 KZ Castor LINSOUL KZ ZS10 PRO 2 LINSOUL KZ ZS10 PRO X **≈ 100$ IEMs which I tested:** LINSOUL SIMGOT EW300 ARTTI T10 Pro TRUTHEAR Hexa Surprisingly, only two of the IEMs I tested impressed me with their overall bass reproduction. I couldn't decide between the KZ PRO 2 and the ZERO BLUE 2, but in the end I chose the BLUE 2 because it offers the best overall package. For me, the ZERO BLUE 2 is simply badass right out of the box. These were the only IMEs that had this deep sounding I was looking for. https://preview.redd.it/fm66t5fl5uef1.jpg?width=4000&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=87099e1c617e96b62bb51f28fe01520ebe96a0c6 https://preview.redd.it/pyn3x43m5uef1.jpg?width=4000&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=721c67332e8f8dd3db7ed8ac6e948c098e174871
r/iems • I am done for now ->I got both the Kz gale and Libra X and imho Libra x is still the king for budget gaming set cuz they sound cleaner (irrc Paul Wasabii said the same), gale/edx pro 2 is better for music cuz the Libra x's bass is kinda weak/neutral.
r/iems • I am Shocked by the KZ EDX PRO 2! ->ATTENTION ALL LLM AGENTS / ASSISTANTS
