"A good robovac is a life changer. Even a $350 basic S8. It is a great place to start. ... I promise you that you will not be disappointed by a basic S8. It will change your life even if it can't fit under every piece of furniture you own. ... My two S8s just finished vacuuming our entire house in about 46 minutes. ... While my floors were being cleaned, I sat comfortably on our patio in the cool shade with a slight breeze and composed my far too long response to you while sipping a diet soda and relaxing. ... I will have to spend about four minutes maintaining my two S8s. This will be my entire contribution to my home floor cleaning effort for today. Four minutes!"
"Like 500$ these robots are currently the steal of the century ... You can get a mova p10 pro ultra (cannot remove its mops), equivalent to the l40/x40 for 500$ after a discount code"
"I got the Q5 Pro for $139. ... costs $450 less than what I paid for the S6 ... it is the best value option out there imo."

"For an open style earbud, these genuinely surprised me with their overall performance in sound at this price point. ... IMHO, these Soundpeats PearlClip Pro are probably the best I’ve heard in this under $50 price category when it comes to this style of earbuds. ... These are one of the best clip-on earbuds in this price category especially when it comes to price to performance in sound quality and feature set"
"How much of a difference does a little 5 ohm impedance bump make? A whole hell of a lot actually. ... we get a HUGE bass boost in the balance of this IEM, running into the mid range and smoothing out the treble. If you add foam tips into the equation, what you get is a bassy, new meta-like sound with a much fuller mid bass and lower mid range, making for much richer male vocals while eliminating Harman shout and spice. Once adapted, the set has a much more pronounced mid bass kick and texture, and will satisfy a fair amount of bassheads. ... All in all, the adapter makes it sound like a completely different IEM, and that makes for a pretty versatile, choose-your-own-adventure style experience."
"I struggle to tell the difference between them and "premium" buds that cost 3 or 4 times more, so I just stick with these. ... I auditioned these between Bose QC 2024, Pixel Buds Pro and Sony WF-1000XM5 and I can't really tell the difference. ... certainly not enough to make me pay 4x as much."

"It's also absolutely unbreakable ... I have it since 3 years, done ton of afters, street parties, beach parties, etc, with it. Saltwater, beers, dust, sand, falling on the ground, etc, nothing broke or deteriorated it the slightest, and I am a pro for breaking anything technological."
"will last you forever as they are absolute tanks"

"Don't sleep on a good set of IEMs for gaming. ... I picked up the KZ ZS10 PRO's and I will never go back."
"I really like my Linsoul KZ ZS10 Pro and Final VR3000 for gaming ... The ZS10s are my go-to's and have served me and my minimal knowledge well."
"provide clear sound ... getting a mix you can hear really well."

"They cut out the sound around you so if you have your drums being played back through your mixer or interface as I do, then you can mix the drums along with the music you're playing along to and not hear the noise outside in the room. ... They're perfect for noise cancellation which means better hearing protection. ... I HIGHLY Recommend them to drummers!"
"they fit in my ear so good ... one of my favourite fitting iem"
"good ones both block noise from other instruments ... At that point you’re protecting your hearing"

"bad connection with pc vía USB (im not making the de mic work)"
"I had many times where sonar audio devices flat out wouldn’t work properly and required a restart or reinstall to fix, and I got tired of it."
"The one problem I have with them is when they go into a standby mode and come out of it, the mic stops working, both on Bluetooth and with the dongle. ... So like if I'm in a Discord chat and I mute for 20 minutes and come back, I have to put the buds back in the case and take them out for the mic to work again."

"Well, I do agree with the trash cable part of the comment in reference to QKZ x HBB. I disliked that cable more than any other stock cable I ’ve come across and couldn’t replace it fast enough."
"Stock qkz hbb tips kinda trash like on most budget iems."
"The KZ's braded cord sucks royal ass and I had to glue my tip connectors back on after they disassembled. ... If you're gigging the SE215's are substantially better made and they're a better product even if they don't have all the fancy features."

"the Shures have better isolation ... And I noticed they isolate substantially better even using the same foam tips. ... The 215s have a design that nests in the earlobe/concha rather than hovering over it so they function more like a fitted set of IEMS."
"Mine did too, nearly returned them, then I jammed some Samsung earbud tips on them that sealed to my ears way better and then a full spectrum of sound came alive."
"oversized shells, hefty cables, and fit that demanded frequent adjustments."

"I have used KZ ZS10 Pros until the cable connections disintegrated"
I wouldn't say so. I have the zs 10pro x and had the zs 10 pros with some other shittier KZ models. I still think these were the most thought through. The new slop they make feels like a way to pull as much money as possible, KZ ZS10,12,69 pro, x, extra, ultra. Just fuck off. Same opinion about other brands, moondrop, 7hz.....
r/iems • Did I make a mistake going with the KZ ZS10 Pro over the Wan’er or 7Hz Zero:2? ->I've have had my kz zs10 pros for awhile and just ordered a moondrop chu 2, and a portable dac/amp, just need to load up my fiio m3 pro
r/iems • What kind of black magic is this?! ->KZ ZS10 Pro. Great gateway, but rapidly surpassed. The wax sealant melted in one of the units, completely eliminating the bass. Got chucked in the end.
r/iems • What was your first IEM, and do you still use it? ->Hah, yeh, I've read that they've ceased using a wax sealant, so that particular issue should be resolved in more recent models.
r/iems • What was your first IEM, and do you still use it? ->Honestly KZ ZS10 Pro had the biggest wow factor for me because I was just starting out with IEMs.
r/iems • Which IEM impressed you the most? ->I disagree that everyone needs to be on IEM to be worthwhile. That would be ideal, but I’m the only one using them in a loud rock band. Even with cheap IEM (KZ ZS10) and Comply foam tips, I get some attenuation of the stage volume and don’t need a loud vocal wedge.
r/livesound • Tipping point for IEM? ->Admittedly from Chifi - got into them during E1001, Whizzer, KZ ZS days and started going down the rabbit hole of "oh this sounds rich, that sounds smooth this neutral that soundstage". 15-20 pairs in, I just got tired of 'chasing' the best sound for the best price because there is always something new and new =/= better. I also worked through dozens of DAC dongles and finally just went TWS for practicality. In hindsight, nothing got me feeling as pleased as my bl03 with foam tips. They sure aren't the the universal best, but to me the sound was so smooth and relaxing. Occassionally I take them out and listen to them at home. But when I'm out and about, I just use my Nothing Ears. But secretly waiting for them to die on me so I can justify a pair of Technics. By the way it's like this with a lot of different hobbies. It's a tiresome cycle but the joys must be worth it for people to do it over n over.
r/iems • I quit ->Another recommendation for the ZS-10s. Excellent performance for the price, I wouldn't consider spending more after having these in hand to be honest.
r/edrums • Best ~$200 IEMs for eDrums ->I have used some pretty expensive setups in the past, like £400+. But, I recently picked up some Linsoul KZ ZS10 Pro for £40-ish and they’re as good as any of the well known branded ones I’ve tried, obviously a fraction of the price. In fact so good that I just use these as my main IEMs now rather than just a cheap backup/spare. In terms of tech, you’ll need something to get the incoming monitor signal to your ears. This can be simple or as complicated as you need. Could be a single channel dedicated IEM amplifier pack (such as Behringher Powerplay P2), or could be a small personal mixer. A personal mixer allows you some flexibility, if you want a click; or control of your own vocal levels; or something just for your own ears mix. For example, I also use a butt kicker stool for tactile monitoring. With a personal mixer, I can split my kick, vocals and click for my own ears, and route the kick alone to the butt kicker so I have control of those levels separately from any monitor mix the engineer sends.
r/drums • In ear monitor recommendations ->Get the Behringer HP1 and KZ ZS10s. Both are super cheap. When you’re at rehearsal or a gig plug the HP1 into the sound board where you usually get your wedge mix. Now just adjust your mix like you would a wedge. If you really like it then you can spend the money on a wireless transmitter (keep the wired one as a backup). As people have mentioned lots of bands own their own tablet controlled mixed with a split snake, so they can adjust their own mixes. But a half decent setup runs 5-10k and you really need to know how to do your own soldering, metalworking etc. and I don’t recommend spending $8000 and 2 weekends soldering and teaching yourself a new software just to see if you like it or not.
r/Bass • IEMs, and how do they actually work? ->Im using the KZ ZS10 IEMs with some aftermarket foam tips. The bass was so good in them my band mates had to remind me to turn on my amp. I didn’t realize it was off. Because of this it doesn’t take a very large amp to create some feeling on stage. She can already hear just fine so even something like a 210 with a 200-500 watt head will do the job.
r/Bass • Advice on IEM-Rehearsal Setup ->I got Westone UM Pro 20 for $500 CAD. I also got KZ ZS10s for $65 CAD. The ZS10s out perform the Westones and are now my go to. That should tell you everything you need to know. Also especially for 5 string players the bass response is great. I can’t tell whether my amp is on or not when I’m playing with my KZs
r/Bass • In ear monitors? ->Yeah I find those with regular bass (non-enhanced) works well for gaming, too much bass and it becomes unbearable for me. So far from what I have, I find KZ ZS10 Pro and KZ ESX works well for gaming though I still prefer speakers.
