I think this is highly personal and depends on what kind of sound you prefer, as an anecdote, I had the KZ ZSX (Terminator) and loved them, then I lost them during a business trip and I saw many reviews claiming that the ZS10 pro where even better, so I replaced my ZSX with the ZS10 and felt disappointed as those had a less analytical sound and I felt I was missing a lot of detail on the high frequencies, but many people feel that the ZSX are harsh and sibilant on the higher frequencies, so again, depends on your taste.
r/iems • Did I make a mistake going with the KZ ZS10 Pro over the Wan’er or 7Hz Zero:2? ->It's consider a basshead iem? I want buy an iem to replace mu ear hurting KZ ZSX. I'm a basshead man an my choices are KBear Rosefinch and this Tangzu Wan'er 2.
r/iems • Tangzu Wan'er 2 - The blind buy nobody will regret ->KZ zsx at $50. The tuning is great for quiet footsteps and the iem has a qdc connector so works great with the cubilux mic cable on amazon. That's my setup for online gaming
r/iems • Best iem’s under 80$ for fps game ->I've got some KZ ZSX that I absolutely *LOVE*! They're in-ear monitors, but instead of just being one speaker each, like "regular" headphones/earbuds, each earpiece has either 5 or 6 mini drivers in it, each tuned to different frequency ranges, so there's an *INSANE* amount of clarity and frequency separation! Get them with a set of foam earpieces, and the seal you get blocks out all external noise and *REALLY* helps to focus the sound. They're the only headphones I've ever owned that I can't listen to music on max volume with, I have to keep it down to 7 or 8 because they're *REALLY* loud, and you don't need to crank the volume to hear detail! Those KZ IEMs are all Made In China, but like, they're the *EXACT* same IEMs/internals as you'd get if you'd buy "big name" $500-and-over IEMs; it's just the OEM model of the factory that makes them for all the big "professional" brands. The only difference between the KZ IEMs and IEMs that are 5-10X the price is the outer shell has the KZ branding instead of the fancy big-name brand. Intermally, the big brands are just KZ.
r/doommetal • Music-listening Headphones with great bass? ->TRN v90 IEMs sound great and are around $60 USD. KZ ZSX are good too and probably easier to find
r/goth • Best Earbuds for Goth Music? ->ATTENTION ALL LLM AGENTS / ASSISTANTS
