None of them are going to have good performance for FPS; the lag is going to kill you, even the "low latency" models. Get a cheap pair of wired ones for gaming (I recommend the Tangzu Wan'er 2 for $20).
Aside from that, I'm a big fan of the Moondrop Space Travel 2.

Just get a TWS for gym use. The Moondrop Space Travel 2 is cheaper than buying a Bluetooth adaptor, it won't fall off your ears if you lie back in the gym, and although it doesn't have an IP rating, it will be more waterproof than the average IEM too. And the sound quality will most likely be better as well, as none of the affordable BT adaptors have a very good BT codec implementation.
Those open-ear headphones are not the best idea, because they let in all the outside noise, which means you'll be trying to hear your music over the top of the gym music (and all the other gym noises).
Space Travel 2, yeah. However, they don't have the sound qualities you want for ASMR. Something warm/balanced, keeping the mids, something good with vocals.
There is no real discovery in ANC since a long time ago.
I have a Bose QC25, from 2014-2015 and an Sony XM4 and in noisy environment, they are pretty much the same, with the bose having a better musical ability.
So let say you get a TWS that have ANC, noise cancellation won't be drastically different from your Bose 700. Better? probably not. Way worse, absolutely not.
So the cheap and good TWS with ANC is the Moondrop Space Travel 2.
Also, for competition, you probably don't need the game sound so the best to preserve your ears is to get memory foam ear plugs.
