QCY - T17

Slightly off-topic here, but I’d be super grateful if you could help me out with a quick doubt. I was looking for a TWS with good *balanced sound*, mainly for **Indian classical music**. At first, I considered the Anker **P20i** or **R50i**, but many reviews (especially from Scarbir) say they have too much bass and recessed mids. Then I found your recommendation for the **QCY T17** as a good budget option. I also read a review on Head-Fi praising its balanced sound and instrument separation — so I bought it. It arrived yesterday, and it's great for Indian classical — clear and clean sound. But… I feel the music lacks *energy* and liveliness, especially in songs like **Indila – Parle à ta tête** (my usual test song). The bass feels a bit low, and it doesn’t give that engaging vibe I want for Western music. Now, I’m wondering if the **P20i**, **R50i**, or even **Anker A30i** would be a better fit. They’re all available locally for ₹1300–₹1500 (\~$16–$18), and while I don’t have a *strict* budget, I just don’t want anything too bass-heavy. For context: the best earbuds I’ve used were the **Apple AirPods 2nd gen** — super comfortable, and the sound was both relaxing *and* energetic, with punchy bass that felt alive.
