I do have the HD 560S, and I use them balanced using the 4.4mm cable and the Akliam PD4. They, like most headphones, cause "gamer hair", and that's a look I can't rock at work. That's why I mostly use IEMs. I also use the IEM-s with 4.4mm cables.

I would suggest the QKZ x HBB or a sleeper pair that I use all the time… the CCZ DC02 which I got for $10 and use the most and I have over 40 pair of iems.
Look at KBears Rosefinch for a bass monster. QKZ x HBB is pretty bassy as well...but nothing to the level of the Rosefinch. KZ Castor Bass Edition (the one with switches) can't touch the Rosefinch for unapologetic bass either.
ZiiGaat x HBB Arcadia gets my head bobbing every time. I own the Explorer and Tea Pro IEMs as well. While they get close, neither has the rumble necessary to handle “Brass Monkey”, “Check the Rhime”, “How Low”, or “In Da Club.” The Arcadia aces the quiz with ALL of those tracks and everything else I’ve thrown at them. They are the go to under $200. For the ultimate value option: QKZ x HBB is a winning ticket under $20. Enjoy!
LOL, I don't know where you were getting your research from, but it was terrible data.
All of those sets are extremely upper mids and treble forward.
Not a single one of those nonsense relaxed in the treble range.
I would look at something like the QKZxHBB, where it has a warm rolled off treble signature.
I didn't say harsh, I said treble forward.
And yes, the Cadenza is very zingy, and se have actually described it as "harsh", and can understand that. The Cadenza 2, while neutral, also has a lot of upper frequency harmonics, and air to the presentation. It COULD potentially be problematic.
What would be SUPER helpful, is if you could find an online tone generator with a slider that allows you to scroll through the frequencies, telling yoibwhat frequency it's at, and you can isolate which frequency is actually causing you to have discomfort, and then once we know what frequency/frequencies to avoid, we can look at sets that isolate that frequency more than others.
Because it may not even be "treble", it might actually be the upper midrange, or some other sympathetic frequency inside that upper mids to treble area.
