Between the QOA Adonis New and the ISN H2O, the one I listen to the most is the QOA Adonis New, but in general the one I use the most is the ISN EST80.
The ISN H20 is a superb IEM with deep, punchy bass, organic and musical mids that are somewhat repressed with a certain filtering of the low mids, creating a sense of warmth and weight in the notes without muddying the mids, and smooth, dark highs that complement the tonal balance very well. This IEM is more musical than detailed. The QOA Adonis New is superior and more enjoyable overall. The bass is deeper and more detailed, more defined than in the H20; the mids are present, organic, and dense with a certain level of detail; the vocals are prominent and sweet; and the highs are smooth and extended without being bright or sibilant. I don't listen to EDM, but in general, I prefer the QOA Adonis New, which is a very underrated IEM. The ISN H20 is very good, among the best in its price range.
The only FiiO basshead set I can think of is FHE Eclipse but it's not really basshead in the modern meta since it as no midbass tuck, so it's boosted across the entirety of the bass. If that is your style I would also recommend the QoA Adonis New. If you like tucked, sub-bass prominent basshead style the others like Dunu ITO would suit better.
QoA Adonis New (plus HE Sonic tips) I got for £53 - Regularly found for around £75 on sale with coupons on QoA store on Ali. Cheapest iem new that I know of that comes with a Knowles BA. Excellent before but even better with tip roll and EQ. Warm and bassy, great tonality. Can listen to these for hours on end. Comfy with compact and lightweight (and very pretty purple) shells. The modular cable it comes with is really nice as well.
QoA Adonis New is a purple IEM, with a purple cable, and a purple case! It also sounds great.
Hmm I like the QoA Adonis New a lot. And it's PURPLE!
QoA Adonis New is super good for its price, very warm bassy relaxed set with surprisingly good soundstage, it's small and super comfy, plus it's purple! I love the t10, but I would not recommend getting another planar like the Letshuoer s08 or Kiwi Ears Aether- after the t10 I got both and my feeling was "this is great, but it's so similar to the t10 it's not worth the money" Step in to the world of hybrids.
The smallest IEM I've ever seen is the Astrotec GX100, it is really tiny compared to everything else, even other single DDs. It has the details you want, but I'm not a fan of it's sound. The QoA Adonis New is very small too, and most importantly purple. It's pretty much the opposite sound of the gx100. I like it a lot, but it is very much focused on the lower range and being fun and musical instead of detail. But... It is purple.
Kinera and QoA are almost all gorgeous. I bought the QoA Adonis New purely because it was purple stabilised wood... Luckily it sounds great too. **Pretty and great reviews-** Dunu 142 iVipQ Shanghai Venture Electronics Guangzhi Sliivo SLA3 Vzonis DDB03 **Pretty but no idea if they sound good-** Xihns HS01 Vzonis VP07 Xsl x600 Epz p40 NiceHck F1 Pro Zisin Vermilion Ibasso Jnr Klee (blue)
I have the Adonis New and recommend them for the exact same reasons. I bought them literally because they're purple but they're like an old reliable dog- not necessarily the best or fastest anymore, but a beautiful soulmate you can never tire of that will always put a smile on your face. Just looked up the OG and it's even more pretty!
My current "end game" is QoA Adonis New. It has great bass as I like. Also I like purple color of this iem and cable. But, anyway I'm curious of other IEMs. Kbear KB03 (with equalizing PEQ) with Fiio KA15 for games. KZ PRX, planar for experiments with PEQ. KZ saga bass with KZ AN01 for outside. 7hz hbb elua with Fiio BTR13 for outside also. Waiting for GK Kunten, just interested how driver from KZ Zenith sounds in "open" shell.
I know 5 Iems that are better and warmer and better bass and more musical !
QoA Adonis new … ISN NEO 3 .. ISN NEO 5 .. ISN H40 (the warmest) dark way more bass way more musical ! H40 is the widest sound stage in the line up . And my fav at the moment ISN EST80 . My preference is warm , bass , musical . I don’t care for details or clarity . Also you can make any IEM more warmer and more musical just by getting the CAYIN RU6 Dac . I can name more warm sets I have also but ones I named here are not expensive compared to my other warmer sets . But these I named are in my all time fav iems ! I don’t care for treble , details , clarity . So my whole collection is musical warm . Also a real cheap one is ISN H20 ! Maybe start with the H20 .
But what I named are better and Warmer, more musical and will eat Explorer for breakfast . Especially ISN H40 . All I have is warm , musical , Organic , vintage bass, textured thick Mids , Emotional Vocals ,Dynamic Vocals, Deep Bass , Basehead .
The Adonis New is probably the most beautiful iem I own. Fitment is very good too. The bass just seems to be pushed a little too much for me given the rest of its tuning. I enjoy sets with a lot of bass, like the Martilo, but I was a little disappointed with the Adonis New. Probably because I was hoping it would be more similar to the OG.
I have two purple IEMs- QOA Adonis New and Ziigaat Odyssey. Recommend both.
