Budget gaming pick, but poor cables and polarizing bass.

Behringer xr18 Seismic audio splitter Shure psm300/Sennheiser XSW IEM or wired beltpacks Probably going to run you 3-4 grand for wireless or about 1g for wired Don't go cheap wireless. You will be sorry and it's a waste of money.
I use these by [Sennheiser](https://www.bax-shop.nl/live-in-ear-monitors/sennheiser-ie-100-pro-red-live-in-ear-monitors?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=Cha_Bax_NL_NBD_Shopping_Trade-Brand_bucket5&utm_id=23227656919&gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=23227656919&gbraid=0AAAAA_lFRUzNbpW4diOTMEHth7bZ_iQvY&gclid=CjwKCAjwtcHPBhADEiwAWo3sJr9Dv3tFePm2E48MUUXcEh0-l5KH7Pi6O1r-SvU_9I3CFvJjk3TkPxoCCWYQAvD_BwE) A whole lot better than the stock ear buds that came with the Sennheiser XSW iems
Depends on your lower budget. My band was using the Kimafun wireless IEM and they sucked. Currently moved over to Sennheiser XSW with one transmitter and five receivers (with the drummer hardlined in) and love it
