r/iemsAre IEMs really good for gaming? I have a doubt.

Yes, I have T2s, CCA C12s, and now my newest pair from Linsoul the EW300. Plenty of bass, great clarity, fully immersed. I have the SMSL DL200 dac/amp which is just beautiful sounding. So if youre having issues it could be the IEMs youre getting or your dac.

That iem is extremely bright. Bought it 4 years ago and returned it https://preview.redd.it/ryxhwuv171xf1.png?width=1147&format=png&auto=webp&s=0df03853584a85bdc402e794b88173c201690128

I've been singing praises of the Tin HiFi T2 for years. I had other IEMs over the years but I still go back to the T2. I just purchased the CVJ Aria and Vivian, so I don't know how well I will like them. I also have the Moondrop Chu 2, which I like a lot (a little tinny sounding to my ears, but they are currently on loan to a family member. Although the price to performance is great. I will suggest watching reviews on them, but take what they say with a grain of salt. Everyone has different ears and what may be good to me, may not sound good to you. Prices Amazon: Tin HiFi T2 - $50 Moondrop Chu 2- $20 CVJ Aria - $80 CVJ Vivian - N/A AliExpress: Tin HiFi T2 - N/A (The T2 DLC is there though) Moondrop Chu 2 - $30 CVJ Aria - $80 (got mine for 75) CVJ VIVIAN - $23

I have been using the tin hifi T2 for years now and I love how the samurai champloo sound track sound with them. It’s a nice warm tone and the bass is smooth. If anything get the T2 DLC, it’s supposedly better than the OG T2.

back when I used to use iem, I used kz zsn pro and tinhifi t2. they're both good enough for valorant. I still use tinhifi t2 from time to time. kz zsn pro, I gave it away to my auntie who needed an earphone before.

During the first year after modding my iPod, I used a Kokkia transmitter with my Bluetooth headphones, but later I decided to give the TinHiFi T2 IEMs a try, and now I definitely wouldn’t go back

My Tin T2s worked great when I used them for a while, like baby SHP9500s

r/drumsAre the drumeo earbuds worth it?

Just looking at the listing, you can absolutely find something comparable on AliExpress for much less (perhaps depending on where tariffs are idk). Products like these almost always have clones, or straight up the same product available from the manufacturer. A lot of this price is surely mired in the big ass case, the accessories, the branding. I use my Tin T2 IEMs, which I got open box for around $40, and they're kinda good for everything. I've used them for gaming, media, and obviously music/playing along to music. They're a great pair of IEMs in general, and I find their size and their in-house foam tips to be really great for actually staying in my ear when drumming. Larger housings like the Drumeo ones have seem to not work as well for me.

i would be pretty interested in the NX8, but both seem good. i have a pair of cadenza's and t2's, i like both, but something (either of these really) that have a higher price tag, makes me somewhat intrigued. i know the be all end all is obviously not the price, but with the price comes some other features that i have yet to have in any IEM. sale items, probably a new cable for either of the ones that i currently have.

r/iemsI'm an IEMs absolute noob, and I wanted to give them a try. What was your first IEMs? Do you regret it? What would you get as a first cheap one if you could do it again?

My first was tin t2 back in the says, ofc it's not worth it anymore. There are many cheap options, maybe decide ur budget range first single for some reason cheap is like 10$ and or others like 100$.

Buy in-ear monitors. Then, make sure the tips fit your ears well to endure a good seal. I use Dekoni Bulletz, and they're amazing. You can get away with almost any Chi-Fi IEM in the ~$100 price range. I recommend the Tin T2 and Moondrop Starfields. DO NOT buy Shure SE-215s. They are bad. They sound like shit. Getting a good seal in your ear is paramount. If you’re unwilling to shell out for custom molded monitors (very valid), then make sure you get good tips. Take note that your ears may require a different size tip. Your ear canals are not perfectly symmetrical.
