i find them very piercing in the highs, very sharp (like jaws ?), the mids are also very forward. to sum it up it can be quiet exhausting hearing them for a longer time

and the quality control is not good either, the cable was damaged right out of the box

With their shape, their intention should be the comfort of your ear canal instead of the ear contours as these seem like they are an rotary all-rounder comfort for everyone. `Not the best, yet not the worst either.` For the overall package, they're durable (like your EW300), technical (hybrid capabilities), and generous (lots of accessories). Their old/other models that utilizes these shapes are TRN's **Medusa, Starfish** (Recent)**, White Tiger, ~~Kirin~~, Rosefinch,** and **Azure Dragon** (Flagship).

welp i honestly dont know too much expensive TRN models, but, if technical performance is what you want, i think TRN Jaws is the place to start.

Your right . As much pricey ones I got . I like KBEAR ROSEFINCH AND KB02 lol I like TRN JAWS, IVIP Q SHANHAI IQ-14 . It’s too many good under $100
