I’ve been using the TRN TA4 recently and I quite like it; very comfortable and a pretty nice neutral-bright tuning. They say the semi open back design is more for relieving pressure in your ear (which is true) but it does also sorta benefit from a wider feeling soundstage. Should also note that I’m using it with Dunu S&S M tips, they feel great with those as well, so it’s another thing to consider.
r/iems • IEM comfort ->Same here I was using them for gaming I had all the truth ears up to the xenns iems for competitive fps. Then I got super lucky found a brand new sealed Astro a40 with the mixamp like a month ago bought it for $300 and i will never go back to iems like ever ever
r/iems • I quit ->I love the sound of the Blue 2’s, but I tried the Tangzu Fudu, Kiwis and 7hz - the only reason I’m considering others is because they feel so much better in my ears. But the sound signature has been better on the Truths by far
