With Mic? Can you explain the mic connected to the earbud combo or standalone IEM's? Standalone IEMs, my vote is Truth Ear.

What iem and eartips do you use for maximum noise isolation? I personally use trn vx pro+ either with wan'er's largest size eartips (the yellow one) because it has a thick material, shallow fit, but wide size; or with dunu s&s largest size which gives the best soundstage, but has a bit less noise isolation.

Yesterday afternoon after 9 days of transit I recieved my pair of VX Pro+ and while all the reviews I had watched were mixed bags, talking about notorious quality control issues from the brand, the tangled cable, the horrible unboxing experience and all, I still bought them because after all the coupons they were a total of 36$ Cad. Since I only own two pairs of iems, I slapped dunu S&S tips on my VX pro+ and hooked them to my Moondrop Dawn Pro and decided to listen to my 6 favourite song of all time, one time on my VX, one time on my EW300 that I cable swapped for a tripowin zonie. Heres what I listened to : - No Surprises/Radiohead - Slipping Through My Fingers/Abba - Sunday/The cranberries - Operation Mindcrime/Queensryche - Starman/David Bowie - The Adults are Talking/The Strokes I was honestly blown away by my VX Pro+, the seperations between the instruments was way better, the drums sounded real, there was more bass, female vocals like on Sunday were almost ethereal compared to what i felt were a warmer toned ew300. I was honestly a little dissapointed by how my Ew300 performed in that little side by side comparison considering they were triple the price (110$ cad) and while ive used them daily for the last 2 months im wondering if I just dont get it. How does a 35$ set sound better than something triple the price.

Well if TRN doesnt send u a broken set with channel embalance and u can find the VX pro+ pretty cheap, id try it to be honest. the stock cable is near criminally bad though so definitely get another one

Try looking for any Hybrid IEM from TRN that includes a **Beryllium-Plated/Coated Diaphragm Dynamic Driver** and search the one that pisque your interest. One which I think the best contender is the **TRN VX Pro+**.

Clarity. The **TRN VX Pro+** should suffice.

I'll suggest the cheap ones. For female vocals with sparkly treble, the **Tangzu Wan'er SG 2** is a genuine option. I can't promise if it's not sibilant for you. For boosted sub-bass with extended treble, the **Kefine Klean** is a compact choice. You have the option to increase upper mids. For bright vocals with expansive bass, the **CVJ Neko Youth Edition** is nice to consider. This never gets sibilant. For complex mixes with tasty bass and great deliverance towards mids and treble, the **TRN VX Pro+** still performs like a champ. Guaranteed toi have some sibilance though.

TRN V90 Pros and TRN VX Pro+ are very comfortable (or anything shaped like them in regard from TRN Lineup) Their upcoming flagship that applies the same shape their V and TA series lineup is the TRN Mermaid.

Chu 2 is a mild V-shape IEM, so if you feel its boring then a proper V/U-shaped IEM, or an energetic set. S08 is a planar set, though that one is leaning towards more into warm. Delci is a single dynamic driver IEM, that is a mild V-shaped IEM, with some upper treble sparkles. Planars should somewhat tick your retrieval and on the soundstage/imaging part. Within $100: * Artti T10 Pro (Planar, V-shaped) * Artti T10 (Planar, Mild V-shape) * Juzear x Z Reviews Defiant (DD+3BA, V-shaped bass focus) * NiceHCK F1 Pro (Planar, V-shaped) * TRN VX Pro+ (DD+8BA, Mildish-V, holographic) * Simgot EW300 (DD+Planar+Piezo) * SGOR Luna (Planar, U-shaped) * KZ AM16 Balanced (8BA, between V and U-shape) If willing to go slightly above $100: * 7Hz x Crinacle Diablo (Planar, V-shape sub-bass focus) * Simgot SuperMix4 (DD+BA+micro Planar+Piezo, Mildish U-shape) * TinHiFi P1 Max II (Planar, V-shape) * Kiwi Ears Airoso (DD+4BA, Mildish V-shape) * Kefine Klanar (Planar, V-shape) * Simgot EM6L (DD+4BA, Mild V-shape) * CrinEar Daybreak (DD+2BA+2 micro Planar, Mild U-shape) * CCA Hydro (2DD+8BA, V-shape)

I love the sound of the Blue 2’s, but I tried the Tangzu Fudu, Kiwis and 7hz - the only reason I’m considering others is because they feel so much better in my ears. But the sound signature has been better on the Truths by far

Its really up to the people to decide for others sadly. What i mean is. Yea many says that TRN and KZ are lying about the specs and the quality. But you not paying crazy amount, they are good. Its just people afraid to try. Also the tune of the VX PRO+ is slightly sharper than the VX PRO. Its good, matter of fact really good. Counting what you get for what you paid. Many would say build quality is really bad. But also thats a plus for me honestly cause its super light. I myself learned to not watch reviews. I just try
