My Aireloom is hand tufted
Aireloom is the best mattress I’ve ever slept on. I love mine and have recommended the brand to tons of people I know. Kluft, their parent company, is also great.
I had a temper for a long time and live in an older building with poor insulation. The temperpedic I had was too firm in winter, too soft in summer and just right in spring and fall it was definitely affected by the weather.
Without sagging try a tufted mattress so the edges and middle have uniform support for a long time. [Why Tufted Mattresses like Aireloom & King Koil are Superior & Last Decades #mattress](https://www.youtube.com/shorts/ZqVtFBKZVHk) I got the aireloom no sagging so far
Aireloom has been great for my husband for side sleeping. Which made me think I would hate it because I sleep mostly on my back but its been fine for me too. The worst bed we had was a layla i had crazy back pain every morning 9 months into having that bed. Went away when we got Aireloom
If you really want to ensure no sagging you need a tufted mattress, tufted from the top to bottom like a King Koil or Aireloom Im sure there are others. Without tufts you are at the mercy of the springs alone. I have an Aireloom and it does not sink at all its uniform from the edges to the middle. Look up tufting it will explain more
I bought the most expensive Costco beds n they all sunk or hurt. I learned never to buy beds from Costco. I'm in love with my Airloom. If I dare say once you go Airloom you never go back. 😁
We liked airloom but idk if that fits your budget. I’m allergic to most foam (icomfort made me barf) so finding a more traditional bed was important and very difficult.
If your budget is on the bigger side, highly recommended Scottsdale Bedrooms and looking at Aireloom mattresses.
We got an aireloom after tons and tons of research a couple years ago. Had to hunt down a vendor just to try one but it was worth every penny
I am just replacing my Purple 3 after 6 years. I really liked this mattress. It is definitely more squishy than it was new. I could sleep on it for longer (mostly side sleeper), but my husband can't anymore (he has Parkinson's so pretty specific issues). I planned to get another Purple but their new mattresses don't feel as good- more like the tempurpedic we hated. Ended up ordering an Aireloom. It is more expensive but the better materials and quality are obvious.
Bought my Aireloom king last year and love it. Not even a hint of a sag and very substantial mattress.
Aireloom, absolute quality mattresses. Diverse selection of firmness and options. There’s some good tear-downs on youtube.
I went through multiple bed-in-a-box mattresses as an adult and none were as good as the REAL one I had as a teenager in the 2000s. I tried Leesa, Zinus, Casper, Amazon, and most recently Nest. Imagine telling an investor in the 90s you can sell a block of foam from china for hundreds, thousands of dollars and become a millionaire! I just want an old-fashioned spring mattress like the ones you slept on in the 80s, 90s, 00s. Foam is a gimmick that feels good at first and makes people think the mattress is better than it really is. Now that these box beds have been around for awhile people are getting wise to the game. All furniture has plummeted in quality over the last 20 years. The 2008 recession with all these companies going out of business, plus more and more people living in apartments where they don't expect to keep furniture long-term and prefer something easy to transport and order online rather than something heavy and heirloom that will last a long time. Why spend the money manufacturing a leather couch built to last 20 years that only a few people can afford when I can make fast-furniture slop that will get trashed in a couple years after the tenant moves to her 5th apartment? I bought an Aireloom. Expensive yes. I'm just hoping it lasts longer than the box mattress crap I got.
