Aireloom. IYKYK. It’s the best money I’ve ever spent. The difference is immediate when laying down on this cloud of comfort. I typically like a firmer bed with a pillow top. It’s also made “handmade” in the USA 🇺🇸 if that makes any difference. If you move a lot know that it’s HEAVY (or maybe just the model I got is). [Aireloom Store](https://aireloom.com/) Edit: I forgot to mention that I don’t know how anyone can mattress shop at Costco when you can’t lay down on the bed to test it out. I went to Ortho and spent and hour or so laying down on all the beds. Another thing to note is that price on the tag is not the price you have to pay. I negotiated and got a bunch of freebies like free delivery & a waterproof mattress cover. The salesman called me a “hustler” and I took it as a compliment:)

I splurged on the aireloom m2 luxury firm around Christmas time. It’s a lot of money but said screw it as we had sent back Saatva luxury firm and Beauty Rest black medium firm before that. Words can not describe how comfortable and high quality it is. Randomly we’ve had to have two people sleep in our bed (watching our kids while we were caring for our third) and they both texted me about how ‘luxurious’ the bed felt. If you have $6,000 to spend on a mattress. Do it. I laid on the Denver mattress branded airelooms (they call them something else - like Avila etc) to confirm which firmness I wanted before I pulled the trigger. It’s amazing 10/10 would recommend.

Yea that’s a great bed. The firm version is probably my best seller as it kinda makes everyone happy with the support but big pillow top. Good job recognizing the hotel collection scam!

I second this… especially if you’re willing to spend ~$4000. Just get an Aireloom. I think I’ve been sleeping on the M2, but they have a huge variety.

Just bought an aireloom m2. I’m pretty happy with it. We didn’t get a chance to try vispring. I did like hastens but the one I liked was 60k so I passed.

I was actually in the exact same position two weeks ago—it came down to the Prana or the Aireloom Luxetop M2. After lying on both for about 20 minutes, I started getting pressure points in my shoulders and hip on the Prana Ashe Lux (I’m a 6'2", lanky, broad-shouldered side sleeper). I ended up going with the Aireloom, and so far it’s been the best sleep I’ve had in years. I came from a Tempur-Pedic ProAdapt Medium Hybrid that absolutely destroyed my back and slept HOT. The Aireloom doesn’t sleep hot at all, and I haven’t had any pressure points or lower back pain upon waking. Too early to comment on long-term durability, but so far I’m really happy with it. As for the Helix, my parents and grandma both had one. Within a year both beds developed dips and lost a lot of support. I wouldn’t recommend.

Both the Prana and the Aireloom should be quite comfortably plush. The Aireloom would be my choice for durability based on the combination of springs and padding. The Prana depends entirely on foam layers and the thick low density top is a potential trouble spot. A good alternative would be a medium firm solid latex mattress and thick soft latex topper. The topper can be reversed and eventually replaced but the base mattress should last for many years. This type of latex mattress system is widely made by local small manufacturers and generally sold at “natural mattress” specialty shops. It is also available on the internet but it would be good to try it out at a local shop.

I just had my best night of sleep in over a decade on a new Aireloom preferred line luxury firm mattress. I’ve only had it two days so I can’t comment on longevity but my god I slept like a baby last night.

I don’t know how to specify more than I just did. That’s the line and model of the mattress.

An Airloom luxury firm mattress may be perfect for you. It’s been my favorite mattress I’ve ever slept on.
