I can’t speak to how it will hold up at your weight, but I have purchased a bunch of these mattresses. I prefer the extra firm version but they make them in various softness levels. Greenwood is a only a 10-inch thick mattress. I think he'd be better off with the 12-inch Beautyrest Silver "BRS900" which is a pretty decent mattress, a step up from the entry level models like Greenwood or BRS800, and won't cost much more when on sale. I think Mattress Firm calls it a Beautyrest "Pressure Smart" but the price is way too high. I got mine on sale from [HomeDepot.com](http://HomeDepot.com) which had (and may still have) free delivery and a 90-day return policy with free pickup and no return fees.

Also a side sleeper, I tried a bunch and the Beautyrest BR800 Plush Pillow Top was the only one that worked for me, but your results may vary.

As a side sleeper the only mattress that works for me is the Beautyrest br800 plush pillow top 13.5. Every other coil mattress I tried was too firm.

Go to the Mattress firm website and order a Beautyrest BR800. You cant really go wrong with a Beauty Rest and it's the best quality mattress you can get for the price. Also, unless you are a devoted stomach sleeper or have a back injury that requires a firm mattress, go with a softer one.

Same here but with a Beautyrest I purchased at Costco for $200. I sleep so much better on that than my $2,000 Casper Snow. And it sleeps just as cool as the “Snow” too (which was a couple hundred dollars EXTRA for the Snow add-on alone)

It was the BR800. It is literally half the price in warehouse, at least at my location. Online was double

Bought the beauty rest br800 for my kid and it’s pretty good so would imagine the 1000 is even better, skip the novafoam , bought the Leesa Legend and absolutely love it…. Did not look at the chill but heard it’s great
