I purchased a Beautyrest Black series 4 less than 6 months ago and it is horrible. It already has sagging and imprints from where I sleep. I have seen numerous other complaints about this since I started having problems.
We had a Beautyrest Black firm mattress was like 6k. It only last year and half then had the sink. I just got a tempurpedic pro adapt hybrid medium and already hate that I'm 6'3 235 pounds and also a side sleeper. I should have spent the money and got the lux version ugh definitely feel your pain.
Beautyrest warranty is a joke it's like 3in of sage with the worst warranty department ever. There's no way I'd even consider a soft mattress being I'm 230 the medium already to soft and I can feel the springs.
I am a side sleeper too, but find a firm mattress keeps my hips from hurting. So i ignore the advice that i shouldnāt have a firm. I just bought a firm Beauty Rest Black. I have only had it a few days but so far I love it. Hips are not hurting
I have a Beautyrest Black Pillow top and when it comes time to replace it, I'll be replacing it with the same thing. Fucker is huge, bulky, and expensive. But I never have back pain when I wake up, unlike every hotel I've ever stayed at.
