I have the Birch Luxe and love it. Sleepline has the most accurate review for it that I've found (lines up with my own experience): https://www.sleepline.com/birch-luxe-natural-review

I'm really happy with my Birch mattress. Eco friendly and comfy too. Look up "Birch natural mattress review sleepline" on Google. Its the best review I found for it that actually says both good and bad things about it.

after comparing like 15 different brands… the Birch Luxe’s wool layer ACTUALLY regulates temperature naturally which is perfect because I run HOT at night (thanks perimenopause 🙃). The organic latex also has this bounce to it that makes it easier to get out of bed

Hybrids all start sounding the same after a while. Birch Luxe has great support from the coils plus natural materials so it stays cool and doesn’t feel cheap.

Love the Birch Luxe. It's medium-firm which works perfect for us (both side sleepers). Only downside is it's HEAVY. Like we can barely move it when changing sheets HAHA

I got a Naturepedic EOS mattress and I am happy with it. There is also a good chance I also would have been happy with the Birch Luxe I tried out which was half the price. I got sucked into the whole customization and replacement layers pitch by the Naturepedic option. I did end up getting different firmness on each side which wouldn’t have been an option with the Birch Luxe. There’s also a good chance any mattress I picked would have been an improvement over my $300 amazon foam rock. I was dumb and spent all the bed budget on the Thuma frame and had to get a shite mattress that I dealt with for 3 years before replacing.

Birch Natural is a genuinely good pick for allergies, latex coils cotton and wool are all naturally hypoallergenic so you're in good territory there. The main difference with the Luxe is just the added pillow top and extra latex layer so if you want more surface cushioning it's worth the upgrade, if not the regular is fine. If you want another certified option to compare maybe check out Brooklyn Bedding's EcoSleep Luxe too, organic cotton and natural latex with eco credentials so it checks the same boxes at a different price point.

The Birch luxe natural hits everything you're asking for. It's enough for safe cosleeping but has that latex comfort layer that actually cushions your hips unlike that Plank nightmare. ALL natural materials, organic wool, latex, cotton, so no weird chemicals near baby.
