I got a Caspar hybrid mattress from Costco last year. It's a great mattress.
Casper has been great. I got the Hybrid mattress as well 4 years ago and it’s been phenomenal. I will say the edges aren’t as supportive currently due to wear and tear.
we got casper and happy with it
Same. Love our Casper! After 7 years it definitely to have some “softer” spots where we sleep but honestly not in bad way. (We rotate but don’t keep up with doing it as often as we’re suppose to)
I’ve purchased 3 Zinus mattresses now (I sold the first two because of long distance moves) and I love them. The one I purchased is the 10” Zinus Green Tea Memory Foam. It’s what I’d consider medium firmness. I’ll keep buying them because I’ve never paid more than $350 CAD and it’s unheard of to get a good mattress in Canada for that price. I don’t think it’ll cost less than $1000 but I’ve also owned a Casper mattress and it was a damn nice mattress. I purchased the Zinus after the Casper and while I wouldn’t necessarily say they’re the same quality, I had zero complaints about the “downgrade”. Note: I’m on the petite side but I’m an average weight, so I have no clue whether a larger human would also find that this mattress holds up as well as I have. My previous partner liked the mattress as well as he was a solid 240 so 🤷🏻♀️
I had the same dilemma a while back. Read way too many mattress threads and finally went with a Casper and got to say I been sleeping better and waking up less sore, plus it was a lot cheaper than a lot of the other options I looked at.
Go to Costco and get I Casper I tried it felt really good my wife wants to buy my daughter a new bedroom set so I said let’s give her our nectar which we have had for like 6 yrs and I’ll keep the Casper on sale for like on sale for 529.00 from 649.00 and if you don’t like it you can always return it with no problems
I’ve bought Casper, Tuft & Needle, and Helix. my favorite is the Helix mattress with the Tuft & Needle pillows- but of course every body is different. for me the Helix feels significantly more cooling and supportive but it was also the most expensive of the 3. I like the Tuft & Needle mattress well enough too but compared to the Helix it does sleep slightly hotter and not as much edge support. Some have commented the T&N feels hard but I prefer it! Helix just forms to my spine even more so and I believe does have some springs, so I think that makes it a bit more comfy but I really had no complaints when I only had the T&N
I’ve had a Casper for a few years and love it. Just don’t ever take off the mattress cover that has a zipper and it’s great.
I had regular mattresses for decades. In my 50s I decided that a regular mattress wasn't working for me. Boomer voice here ... today's mattresses are not made to last! I bought stuff from Sears (appliances, beds) for most of my life. And so was my last spring mattress. I think we made it three years until the crater was threatening to swallow both of us. After that we switched to a foam mattress and have never gone back. We liked the Casper, but now have a Tempur Pedic. For me the difference really is in the base unit. We have two extra-long adjustable bases (equals a king size bed); can adjust head and foot height. We have two single sheet sets, but king size top quilt. There are lots of options that are less expensive. It's just a matter of shopping around. I know that's a lot of info, but what I'm saying is look at a foam mattress. The biggest thing is that inner springs give you bounce, foam doesn't. So if you like the spring, then foam won't work. If you like the sturdiness of a solid mattress, then go with a foam mattress. And save for an adjustable base. It is a game changer for comfort.
