I have an Ikea Myrbacka and I love it so much….also discontinued. It’s firm, but you sink into it.

I'm just comparing it to my last Ikea mattress that had latex and felt like I was sleeping on rocks sometimes. I don't know about a firmness scale. Sorry...I feel supported and we have a queen size. Feels like we might roll into the middle of the bed. I tend to sleep on the edge and we currently have the mattress on the floor and waiting for our bed platform to arrive.

Try ikea. 3.6k you can get a latex mattress. The rest for me is fine. Better to try it yourself so that you can be satisfied

r/AskWomenOver30For those prioritizing sleep, rest, and style, what sheets and bedding have you used or or gravitated toward?

I love my current setup, sleep is so important. Latex mattress (pricey so I use a good quality mattress protector), 100% cotton sheets, and an organic wool duvet. And an air purifier right next to the bed. All from IKEA except the duvet, I got that for cheap second hand.
