I’m a side and tummy sleeper and I am female and weigh 194 pounds. Out of all the mattresses I’ve ever slept on, the Ikea one I’m sleeping on now is one of the cheapest but also one of the best. I have the Sultan Hanestad.

There are literally thousands upon thousands of different matresses. Sleep is a huge business now. In the last 12 years I had two quite good matresses though. The first was from IKEA, it was a Sultan, which I think is discontinued. Under the matress we had those adjustable IKEA frames where you can elevate either the head or the legs or both. And the second which we still use is a totally random memory foam matress, quite firm, and quite thin, and it works just right with the IKEA frames. I sleep on my back, my wife is a side sleeper. I'm 200 pounds, she is around 135.

Ikea's Sultan. I dont think they make that anymore but they do have equivalents. I've had it for 10 years. I got the Malm bed with their highest priced bed base and I never had a problem. Mind you, I have sciatica and I still able to sleep comfortably on it and the heights of that extrene pain (I've since recovered).

Wakefit and sleepy cat are scammers, stay away from these fkrs. The best in my experience is IKEA, go wth their 8 inch pocket spring mattress. If you cant get that, go for Springtech in Amazon.

Seconded! Have the same for about 5 years too and it's still very comfortable.

IKEA pocket Spring mattresses are the best. I've been sleeping on one for the guts of 5 years now (technically my second one, but that was because the first one was unsalvageable after a house fire). They're excellent, and half the price of a similar mattress from anywhere else.

Got one from Ikea with pocket springs. Never gonna go back to any other kind.
