Artisan Bespoke 004 Mattress

We got a John Ryan 'artisan Bespoke 004' 7 years ago it has progressively deformed badly with body impressions on both sides, we hate it. This started about a year after we got it. The top layers are so soft that have collapsed completely and we're not heavy people at all. And this is with turning and flipping it every 2-3 weeks since we got it. The company said it follows vispring impression allowances and we're within limits. Probably want to get away from pocket springs in general. Is there any company doing full natural latex?

We got a John Ryan by design 7 years ago and we absolutely hate it. It has progressively developed dips where we we sleep, even though we flip and turn it twice a month. Which is hard work BTW as it is so heavy. Customer care is useless, they sent someone out to measure how much it has dipped and they said its within acceptable limits. Turns out the dips have to be 7cm or more to exchange or something crazy like this.

I got the artisan from John Ryan. My husband loves it but it’s not designed for people <9 stone. It’s so firm I slipped a disc badly sleeping on it. Simba luxe is great for me and everyone who visits big or small also prefers it.

We got the luxury artisan from John Ryan. Love it, but we also changed our base to a sprung one which also had a major impact

Got a 'cheap' John Ryan and was happy at the wear, got 5 years out of it. Decided to splurge on a Bespoke, spent £2700, all natural fibres, turn it monthly and 5 years later it still feels like a new mattress. Have a wool topper and wool duvet. Best. Sleep. Ever.

I’ve just got a John Ryan, still getting used to it..but it’s very comfortable.
