From memory mine is the Original Natural Support, but probably best to do the questionnaire on the site to find which model suits you best. Looking again at the prices they do seem quite reasonable, although it felt like a lot to pay 10 years ago! That probably reflects a change in my circumstances rather than an adjustment in their prices.

We got a John Ryan by design 7 years ago and we absolutely hate it. It has progressively developed dips where we we sleep, even though we flip and turn it twice a month. Which is hard work BTW as it is so heavy. Customer care is useless, they sent someone out to measure how much it has dipped and they said its within acceptable limits. Turns out the dips have to be 7cm or more to exchange or something crazy like this.

Got a 'cheap' John Ryan and was happy at the wear, got 5 years out of it. Decided to splurge on a Bespoke, spent £2700, all natural fibres, turn it monthly and 5 years later it still feels like a new mattress. Have a wool topper and wool duvet. Best. Sleep. Ever.

Seconded. Started with a double mattress 7years ago to replace a Dreams one. Now we have a super king for us, single for the older boy and the original double in the guest room. Good service, delivery and an incredibly knowledgeable website (I spent days reading all their posts). I ordered the entire superking and they rang me to verify it would fit up my stairs. I measured up and it wouldn't so we switched to zip/link. That phone call saved a very expensive waste of money if they'd just gone ahead and made the original order. When after a few months, I ordered a mattress topper for the mattress, they rang me to check if it was for the mattress they supplied. I said yes and they said it wouldn't be a good match. They didn't make a suitable topper for my particular mattress so said to get one from SoakandSleep instead. Then refunded my order! TL;DR Quality service.
