We got the king coil dromoland castle mattress last year from ezliving. Its absolutely savage. Ive suffered with back pain and poor sleep for years and now it's greatly improved. No more waking up with random aches and pains. Expensive but honestly the best money we spent since we got our house.
mattress is a long term investment for your HEALTH. you spend at least 7-8 hours (i hope) everyday in a bed and a mattress can last for 10+ years. i suggest you stick with reputable brands like king koil, sealy, dunlopillo, seahorse, simmons and look into also increasing your budget a bit. also dont buy online. go to an actual store, try the mattresses out and ask the sales folks any questions you have. what i did was i tried all the mattresses in courts, realised i like king kpil's luxury hotel collection, and bought the actual product in JB. LOL.
I have been telling this for years, bought a super premium 12 inch foam mattress and I used to sink in it, the only saving grace was their return policy, went to the local market and got a spring pocket mattress from King Koil.
We ended up buying a King Koil medium pillow top. It felt comfortable in the store, but after sleeping on it for a month, we’re looking to upgrade to the Sealy Bentham Euro Top. It’s not a hybrid, but there is a thin layer of memory foam in the pillow top of the mattress, much like our old mattress, which I loved.
We initially bought a King Koil pillow top, which seemed comfortable in the store, but the mattress we received felt cheaply made and flat like cardboard. Luckily R & F held true to their return policy so we were able to level up to the Sealy.
Buy Woosa and Origin Mattress if you like cheap white washed OEM mattresses Buy King koil, Tempur, Simmons if you want to buy branded. But if you really want to support local, have a bang of your buck and have an awesome night’s rest, I recommend taking a look at Four Stars. It’s the only mattress that made me dreamed so hard, my ancestors could convey their messages easily
Depends on your budget TBH. Duroflex if you want something economical. If you can go above 25k, then I would suggest Serta, Therapedic, King Koil.
I've got a King Koil from Harvey Norman. It's pretty good!
Emma, took me a couple months to get used to it but no more back pain! Also have a king Koil on the house and that’s a fabulous mattress too
Mentioned a few times already but make sure to try them in person, and you'll be pleased (not) to know that the same brand will have the same (or really, really similar) model named differently depending on where they're selling it which makes the whole process so much more complicated. We've never found a mattress model on any of the brands' websites We tried a whole bunch and wanted to like the S brands, but ultimately found a King Koil to be the most comfortable and the best value P.S if you sleep hot, highly recommend checking out the ones that have special linings to make them cooling to sleep on. You may not end up buying them but they were *wild* to experience. There was one we tried in Takashimaya - think it was MaxCoil - that genuinely felt like it had air-con inside and was substantially cooler than everything else on the same floor)
King Koil has good motion isolation because it is tufted and graphite infused foam and lavender infused foam that keeps you very cool. Plus the tufting makes it last for years without sagging.
