Dude get a king koil. We hated the tempur pedics when we tried them in the store. Felt so unnatural. We got a hybrid king koil medium plush split head king and I literally just think about getting in bed all day long. So supportive and cloudy at the same time. Highly recommend!
I'm a back and side sleeper. We got a hybrid medium by King Koil (went to the Sit & Sleep, spent 2h laying down on various mattresses and picked that one). I think it's money well spent.
I have been telling this for years, bought a super premium 12 inch foam mattress and I used to sink in it, the only saving grace was their return policy, went to the local market and got a spring pocket mattress from King Koil.
You don’t need to spend $10k. So you need to go try a few out; I recommend only trying 3 max on one trip. Personally, I go to Macy’s furniture gallery (the bigger the better) b/c they have a large selection of brands. Personally I have a king size King Koil and love it. Just remember
1. Ask them how long it has been on display. The longer it’s been out the more “broken in” it will be. So your new mattress will be a lot firmer (between 10-25% depending on how long the floor model has been in display).
2. Take your time and lay there for a while and in different positions. To ensure you’re well supported and comfortable.

Have a look at King Koil mattresses. They’re pricy but they’re very comfortable. Plenty support in the springs but feels soft to lie on at the same time with the built in mattress topper.
My advice when it comes to mattresses is don’t just buy one online. Pick out a few that you’re interested in. Go to a few stores and lie down on them for a little bit.
