We have a number of Costco NovaFoam SoFresh and they’re great. We also have a Casper with coils and foam for our main. All shipped within a week as I recall.
If it’s a standard size or a standard size will fit any mattress like a novaform 10 inch from Costco or Sam’s for <400 is a 1000% upgrade from an OE RV junk.
Mattress. Measure the platform it fits on and if it’s close to 60x80 its a queen. ( or go online and look at mattress size pictures). Costco and Sam’s have great deals on decent foam mattress and $450-500 ones we’ve grabbed on sale for 299 are what we use in our camper and guest rooms and no complaints. A 10 inch seems to be the sweet spot for price / comfort. Our grandkids all like the 10 inch Costco ones we got for them when they “graduated” to a queen when their “kiddy room” became their “grown up teen” room. The last one we got was the 10 inch queen Novaform @ Costco for 299 for a camper we picked up in May. It’s really nice. An RV “short queen” is 60x75 as opposed to a regular 60x80. But if you have a little wiggle room a regular is actually slightly under 60x80 to ensure it fits in a 60x80 bed frame. Measure up and go from there. The toppers are IMO not a good solution, it’s hard enough to make an RV bed without a topper moving around.
I’ve owned both the Casper and Novaform memory foam mattresses. Loved them both. Went with 3 Casper’s for my new house and am very pleased with the comfort and sleep quality I’m getting
If you prefer semi-firm do not get the nova form. 100% memory foam will not provide the support you want. I had a dreamcloud before the one I bought and I’m thinking about going back. My hips and lower back are death on a stick every morning
I‘m a side sleeper. I have had a lot of back, hip and neck pain. I had a serta pillow top on a boxspring for about 2 years. Currently have a novafoam memory foam on platform with slats. Every time I go to a hotel I sleep so well and have no pain. I’ve recently stayed at a Marriott and a Hilton. Now that I’m back home my back and hips are killing me upon waking. I have been researching but feel overwhelmed. Any advice?
3 years old but it was uncomfortable after about 6 months. It’s not too firm. Too soft I think!
yes that’s how I feel! like I’m dipping down. thanks. I’ll go see if they can help me out.
I used to have the same problem. Side sleeper. Switching from a coil mattress to a memory foam mattress has completely ended my shoulder pain. I didn't even think I would like a foam mattress but I would never go back. The one we got is a novaform from Costco. It's in the firm side so it's lasted quite a while without sagging.
