I have chronic joint pain from years of weightlifting and it has helped considerably with pain management. The pressure relief and motion isolation are amazing. jaxjohnson8Last November, I sought a new mattress. I'm a side sleeper who needs back support (prior surgery), as well as cushioning for shoulders, hips, knees. Tried a TempurPedic Hybrid ProAdapt. Way too hard, yet at the same time, it "swallowed" me. Traded it for a Puffy Hybrid. It was very soft on all pressure points, but a killer on my back. The sinkage was too much, and I practically needed a crane to lift me from the sinkhole. I'm now with a King Koil Natural Terra Firm Euro, queen size, from their new Natural mattress collection. It's been great! Made of cotton, talalay latex, wool, it's tufted to retain shape, has lots of coils. I think it's a keeper! I'm using a puffy, quilted mattress pad to create a bit of plushness and comfort for pressure points, while retaining firmness for back. The combo is working for me so far. *
