I have [this one from Saatva](https://mattressmosaic.com/saatva-latex-hybrid). Its easily the most comfortable mattress I've slept on. Five years later it still feels like new.

I just switched from a purple to a Saatva a week and a half ago and it's been wonders on my back pain. I went to the store thinking it was either between the latex hybrid or the classic (having taken the test online). The hybrid was definitely not firm enough. I then tried the regular classic in 11" and it was close but not quite right. The dealer said the 14" was just a little firmer. And he was right. It's perfect. Definitely take the test and head to a store if you're able.

It’s just crazy that they’re 5, 6, 7 mattresses in the year and they’re all garbage

I bought a Saatva Latex Hybrid maybe three years ago, and I am very happy with it. It is advertised as medium firm, but when I first got it I felt like it was a lot more firm than medium firm. I like a hard mattress, but I do kind of wish I had gotten a topper for it because it felt _extremely_ hard when I rolled onto my side while asleep and I'd sometimes wake up with an aching shoulder. I just never got around to it. Now, though, it is perfect when I sleep on my side. The Saatva is on an adjustable base that I bought when I purchased a Tempur-Pedic maybe 15 years ago. I slept on that stupid thing for 12-ish years because it felt like it was too expensive not to, but I hated it. (I know, I know, I was dumb not to get rid of it during the return period.) It was like I had to lift myself up out of the mattress in order to roll over. I tend to move a lot when I sleep, so it sucked. And even though it was supposed to be one of the cooling mattresses, it was hot. But the base is great, and the Saatva is good on it even with both ends adjusted. I also like that the mattress is not so deep that it's difficult to find sheets. Delivery was smooth. (I kind of love that they delivered the mattress, carried it upstairs, and put it on the foundation. I didn't have to worry about how I was going to deal with that.) And Saatva customer service gets really good reviews. (I haven't had an opportunity to need it myself.) I don't mean to sound like a Saatva shill; I'm just a satisfied customer.

I was just thinking of your other post about the terrible smell from your Casper mattress and how similar to your experience mine was with a Saatva memory foam hybrid mattress….except I only lasted 36 hours with my awful smelling mattress before calling Saatva and demanding it be removed asap. I give Saatva credit: their delivery partner still had my old mattress they removed when they delivered the new one and within 24 hours, they had removed the stinky mattress and had my old mattress back so I had something to sleep on while they rushed production on a latex hybrid mattress. They also waived the $99 return fee. I just received my new mattress last Friday and there was a very light smell upon arrival but that dissipated in less than 24 hours. Saatva does have some physical stores in some cities.

Pretty pleased with my new saatva latex hybrid. Hotel mattresses usually have the cloud topper don't they?

It took me several months to finally get used to the Saatva Latex hybrid. It is firm, but it's not as firm as the all latex bed i got from them. Zenhaven. I have to rotate it every six months because it keeps staying firm. Every three months is too often. I tried all kinds of toppers but they were too squishy. Felt like I was in jello. I like the bed now and wouldn't trade it for anything. I'm a side sleeper and also a captain Morgan position sleeper.
