Maybe I have back issues, and I need to get it checked out, but no matter what I've tried, I'm always waking up with back pain here. With that said, there are plenty of mattresses that have worked for me in the US. So, I still think it's the mattress firmness here that is killing me and not any back related issues.
I need a soft mattress, but everything I've tried is too firm here. I'm starting to think my only option is to ship a mattress from the US.
I tried the softest Uratex available. Too firm. Softest Mandaue. Still too firm. I then ordered an American mattress from Ashley, but it was still too firm. Ashley doesn't carry the truly plush mattresses available in the US here (I guess there is no market for it). And yes, I also tried Emma, but that's just a mattress in a box and crap. It feels super cheap and flimsy.
Any advice would appreciated. I'm tired and can't sleep 🤦♂️.
It's fine. That Sealy is probably the softest mattress money can buy here in PH. I can tell. It's the softest Sealy offers. And I tested it already. It's good. And not surprisingly, it's not "super soft." They have it listed as "extra soft," and compared to what's available in the US, it's more on the soft-medium spectrum. Definitely not "super soft," but I'm not surprised because everything here is much firmer. But it's still the softest Sealy you can get here, and I think it will be good. I finally found something that will work.
I slept well last night with zero back pain. The problem is not my back. The problem is the f\*\*king mattresses in PH. I have broad shoulders from working out, and I sleep on my side. This requires a soft mattress, so my shoulders can sink in enough, and my back is aligned. I finally slept well last night after buying a soft Sealy. Unfortunately, I can only sleep well at home because even the high-end hotels here have shitty mattresses :)
a shout out for my superking Sealy Posturepedic which is just as flat and awesome as the day i recieved it.
I would highly recommend it. It is so comfortable
Huh? Mine is a Sealy - and it’s a pocket coil mattress (posture pedic range iirc). I like it personally. My last mattress is also from Sealy but I didn’t have any problem with it🤷🏻♀️
I second Brooklyn bedding, specifically the Sedona models. I have had one for several years after owning some of the other big name (sealy, purple, etc) and they don’t even come close to the support and yet is still very soft. I have one, recommended it to my MIL and she got one and loved it enough to recommend it to her sister, as well… I also have back issues, but this bed is hands down better than the purple that got returned within the 100 day window, better than the sealy posturpedic, as well as every other bed I’ve ever owned or slept in. My problem is that even when going to nice resorts while traveling, I end up missing my bed because it is so comfortable. Plus, as the above response mentioned, this is a local company.
Hip pain and a side sleeper and gif buy tempur pedic breeze ! Sattva is a terrible mattress ! You won’t find it anywhere to try it’s online only
Stay away from Simmons beauty rest , Stearns and foster , Serta and Sealy posturepedic . They are all using low density foams that break down in no time . My beautyrest black series 3 plush has broke down in 30 days and caused me a high hospital bill due to rib inflammation.
