Second Silk and Snow, we got the foam mattress and it works well for us (side sleeper and back sleeper) but hybrid may be better for you.
Heard good things about Helix as well.
My husband is a little shorter than you but same weight, and I am the same weight as your wife and I too sleep on my stomach. We just bought a tempurpedic proadapt blue and it is fantastic! We slept on a tempurpedic cloud for 11 years and then since August we have tried silk and snow medium, tempurpedic prima blue and kingsdown silent partner x3. They were all awful. We had our proadapt delivered on Friday and we slept so good all weekend. My husband's shoulder pain has subsided significantly too (he is a side sleeper).

Just bought a fantastic adjustable bed with a great mattress from Silk & Snow. It's a Canadian manufacture. It comes with a 15 year warranty and a 365 day period to return if your not happy with it. Trying our best to buy local or Canadian.
The mattress was about 900.00. The adjustable bed was a bit pricy but I think it was worth it. It was about 1700.00. All the bells and whistles. Operates with a remote. Zero G settings and massage as well.
Recently went with a Silk and Snow firm option it was comparable to Endy’s firm I’m happy with it. I’m a back and side sleeper and prefer a firm surface
I enjoyed the Endy for a year. Then it just… sucked. Felt too firm, and it didn’t bounce back. I got a Silk n’ Snow after that because I needed a spring mattress because any foam mattress just seemed to compress after a year or two.
My partner and I are also heavier people and prefer to sleep on our side/stomach. So the softer Silk and Snow has been amazing. It’s six years old now and still has held up. The topper has gotten a little stretched out but it’s only noticeable when making the bed. Once we’re on it it smooths out. The springs have held up well!
