A latex mattress would likely work well for you. The one I have now is certified organic, from Sleep365. I don’t overheat on it, and it’s very comfortable. I got the firm one so I wouldn’t sink into it much. I usually sleep on my back, but it’s fine when I occasionally sleep on my side.
Luxury doesn’t always mean better sleep unfortunatly. I focused more on materials and long-term support than branding. Sleep365 felt like a good middle ground with organic latex and solid construction that didn’t feel overdone. It’s comfortable without feeling overly plush.
Low VOCs was critical for me with sensitivities. Some beds smelled fine at first then didn’t. Sleep365’s latex mattress stayed neutral which help me tolerate it. Materials transparency mattered alot.
