I have the Pipedream 200 and recommend you get a warmer bag for greater flexibility. I don't tend to use it if its forecast to dip below 10 degrees, and get far more use out of my 400g fill bag. They are worth the extra cost.
Crazily I bought my Alpkit Pipedream 200 for £109 2 years ago (with a £10 discount and it might have been on sale)... and the current sale price for it is £189. I do like it as a summer bag. I've also got a cheap ali express down quilt, which packs even smaller. I don't get much use out of it though as I'm not a massive fan on quilts and it is often a bit cold for it.
I’ve got an alp kit pipedream and that’s great for most of the year. I use it zipped up and wear base layers in winter, then in summer I open it up and use it as a duvet. I’d much rather be too hot that too cold
Alpkit down sleeping bag. Best bet for down bags, used mine 3 years and has been perfect
I'll just mention that my snugpak 'winter' bag is rated to -10C, but there's no way I'd use it in those temperatures. Take the rating with a pinch of salt. My Alpkit down bag (-7C comfort rating) is way warmer than the Snugpak. I don't know about the arctic bag, I have the modular system. And yes, get a decent mat.
