I had a Khyam Biker Plus tent that would meet your requirements, but it is a really big and heavy tent. The Vango Galaxy 300 is also a tall tent. I now use a lightweight Decathlon tent because packsize really matters. I also use the Exped Trekking Lite down sleeping bag and the Exped Symat LXW sleeping mat. A good sleeping mat may even be more important than the sleeping bag.
