L.L.Bean - Flannel Lined Camp Sleeping Bag, 0°

I paid really good money 40 years ago, 1985, for a North Face qualofill bag. I still use it, and it's still as warm as can be. Oh, it's got a couple patches, a couple thin spots, and the zipper gave up years ago, but it's the best blanket I have in my kit. Highly recommend North Face. Bite the bullet, you won't regret it. Another rec, I spent 8 months, including over the winter, car camping a few years back. Going to the boonies was my response to covid. For comfort I bought the big LL Bean cloth zero bag. Holy crap. It's heavy and bulky, but my god what a comfortable sleep that thing is. That's my go to now when I'm hammock camping on a chilly night. It's heavenly.

I'm pretty sure you can zip two together to make one big bag. The one I grew up with had a canvas shell and this says brushed nylon, so it might be worth trekking to an LL Bean store in your area to check it out yourself.

The LL Bean flannel lined bag is worth looking into. I still have mine from the late 80's.
