Packing as small as possible means high quality down. Comfort temp at 5 C should be fairly easy to find. I have a Mountain Equipment Helium 400 that packs down to almost nothing and has a comfort rating of 0C. You'll find lots of other brands with similar bags.

Mountain equipment, sea to summit and marmot all do long bags that should fit you.  ME I think is designed to top out at 6’5 but that’s better than a 6’0 bag!! (You want to be smaller than your bag length or it will suck- that being said I’m .5” over the max user height for my bag and happy) The ME helium GT400/600 covers your range. Don’t know how popular they are in NA but it’s a reliable brand.

I'd second the Mountain Equipment Helium. Great kit and definitely a quality brand.
