I have the women’s endless promise Nemo 15 and I literally love it. The material is so warm, so so soft and I feel like I have lots of space to sprawl out while still keeping warmth. Also love the gills to let help regulate temp

You could use a Paria quilt of you want to try that route. Saying that I just bought my wife a disco 15 and tried it. They are very nice and not claustrophobic at all.

If you’re having issues you could place the disco loose into the bag without the stuff sack, it allows it to contour to the space inside the bag more. Same with the hammock and underquilt. Then when you cram everything else in there it should compress it and make more room. If that sounds like a chaotic mess to you then at least just do it with the disco in the lower backpack compartment.

Get a disco 15 from Nemo. Only use kelty in the summers.

I love my Disco 15, it’s so warm and comfortable. Not the lightest option out there but I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

I have the Disco Endless Promise. It’s not the same bag due to down vs synthetic but it’s very similar to the Forte. For of $40 difference, which is minor considering the overall cost of the sleeping bag I would go with the Forte. The gills are a nice addition. I am 5 foot 11 and I find the 6 foot length slightly tight. I would suggest if you’re 5 feet 10” or under you would be comfortable. Otherwise, I would go for the long version.

I have the Nemo disco 15. It is very comfortable. I wouldn’t use it on a warm summer night, but it is fantastic during the shoulder seasons, even if it’s not below freezing. It packs very small. The only negative is I purchased the regular size and I am exactly 6 foot. It’s a bit tight on me as a result. If you were 5’ 10” and under, I think you’d be quite comfortable.

If you sleep cold or don’t mind opening it up and using it as a blanket when the weather is too hot then maybe the 15, As others have stated, the 15 might be hot so the 30 is probably fine for that time of year. Note I bought the 15 because I go when temps are often 28-36° at night. I looked up the weather. “In August, the Pemi Loop features warm, humid days (70s-90s°F) in the valleys and cooler, windy conditions (60s-70s°F) on the ridges, with a high risk of afternoon thunderstorms and fog. Hikers must pack for rapid changes, prepare for heavy rain, and start early to avoid exposed ridge lines during storms.”

My disco has a compression sack it goes into. It fits perfectly in my osprey. Maybe try that

I have a disco 15 and love it. Alternatively you can get a fleece bag liner to add some warmth that way instead of a whole new bag.

Awesome. I have a disco 15 that I use for Algonquin but nothing ready for the cold we’ve been getting lately.

I have a Nemo disco 15 it packs pretty small but not as small as the spark. Most down bags are able to compress really small so those are what you should look at I think.
