The stitching on the compression sack will probably go quickly, but it's so small already i don't need to compress it much!
It's a 50 degree so a little light
Ozark Trail 50F Compact Mummy Adult Sleeping Bag - Green (88.6'' x 31.5'') https://www.walmart.com/ip/5016405570 Should be this one
Check online first! It's a 50 degree mummy style sleeping bag. Hope it's there for you
i dunno about the quality but i wish i'd just picked up [one of these](https://www.walmart.com/ip/Ozark-Trail-50F-Compact-Mummy-Adult-Sleeping-Bag-Green-88-6-x-31-5/5016405570) for my last trip that involved staying in a cabin, instead of cramming one i could have slept in outside in the snow into my 15l seat pack. i coulda fit it in my *half frame bag.*
I actually like that ozark trail 50 degree bag. It’s awesome - little heavy, but packs small, pretty warm, (I tend to use my sleeping bag liner in it)
I love my ozark trail compression sleeping bag. It’s great for when it’s hot as balls outside camping at low elevations …..just be sure you check the weather forecast specifically at whatever elevation you’ll be camping at before your trip….. If it gets down to anything below like 45 degrees you won’t be be sleeping at all and you’ll be spending all night trying to keep the fire alive just to try and stay warm. high elevations in Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina and Virginia can still have cold snaps where temps will drop pretty low at night in the summer. I remember one time on roan mountain it was 75 degrees and sunny when we setup camp and we woke up to it being 15 degrees with ice and frost covering everything
Tbh a lot of the Ozark Trail stuff ain’t half bad. And in the past few years it’s been getting better
Are you backpacking? Is the weight or bulk of the gear a concern? What temperatures do you expect during your trip? Are you a side sleeper? Mummy bags are warmer but not very comfortable for side sleepers. For $100 I'd recommend the Ozark Trail brand at Walmart. It's good enough for occasional use and way cheaper than any of the premium brands.
