Rab Ascent 700. They do a womens version too. They come up in the sales sometimes so if you have time keep an eye out for the price to drop.

you get what you pay for with sleeping bags really. two good options would be the rab ascent 700 or the alpkit pipedream 600. both decent bags, especially if combined with a liner. they're not exactly cheap, but pack down well and are lightish.

I have a rab accent 700 around £300 if I remember, I have had it years and camped all year round with no issues, always had a bivvy bag mind.

you will struggle with Mountain Hardware phantom -40 with wide shoulders. I am 6'4" and the long version just about fits but the shoulders are VERY tight despite it is bit wider than the regular. Fwiw my shoulders are wide but not exceptionally so for my height but I am single digit bodyfat and despite that find it almost impossible to zip up and very constricted. Warmest bag I have by my kid uses it more than me and I tend to use Rab ascent and ascent pro in various fill weights depending on how cold (UK hills so almost freezing down to -15C ish cold seasons generally) which is heavier and sleeps cooler but much more room.

April through October is my 400-time. In the end it really depends on what your personal comfort limits are and at what temperatures you would switch to the winter bag. I imagine the Norwegian coast is a bit warmer during winter than the Swedish coast, due to being more maritime? Regarding Rab: I have used the Neutrino 400 now during six seasons (this is the seventh) and I am really happy. It probably has lost a bit of fluff but that is to be expected after that time. Washed it once because I didn't use a liner in the beginning, but otherwise used always a liner, always hung it out after a hike and stored it in the cotton bag. If you have the money, go for it! They seem to have added a Neutrino 500 to their range and that would be my choice today, between the 600 and the 400. Otherwise, they also have a 650-cuin product line (cheaper but heavier) which is probably just as good.
