Yes the MMSS. You can find them online or at army-navy surplus stores. Below is the Amazon link for reference. Used is cheaper, obviously. Can clean the bags at a laundromat. https://www.amazon.com/Tennier-Industries-Modular-System-Sleeping/dp/B00AN61W30/ref=mp_s_a_1_17 Add a closed cell foam sleeping pad under your inflatable to add warmth and reduce risk of punctures. I have an EE quilt and always feel like I have to baby that thing. I use the special down wash and everything. Definitely never have worried about my MMSS with regards to durability.
Carinthia Def 4 and for summer the Carinthia Tropical (both can be combined for more warmth). The Def is usually available at army surplus while the tropical is more rare. In the US the US extreme cold weather sleep system might be easier obtainable.
I would suggest a military sleep system (USGI MSS) as my sleeping system in a car, in the cold. With all the layers you would be good down to significant cold, especially if you wear dry clean long johns when you go to sleep. They are very affordable for the rating and they are made of a few different layers that can be mixed and matched for warmer nights too.
