Printer: DNP printers are used by photobooth companies and event photographers to do on-site prints so you can look into one of those. The DNP QW410 is the smallest and cheapest at the moment with a print speed of about 18 seconds for a 4x6. They have faster printers that can print in about 6 seconds but they're also significantly more expensive. Printing Software: DNP also has a free hot folder printing software on their website that works with their printers. You set up the software with any graphics you want printed on top of the photo and direct it to a specific folder on your computer. When a file appears in that folder it will automatically print it with the settings and graphics you chose. Camera: The best camera to take photos with is the one you have on hand. If you already own a dslr/mirrorless camera then I would use that with some sort of wide lens to be able to get the whole scene. You would have to shoot tethered, with the camera connected directly to the computer via USB or wirelessly via wifi depending on your camera's make and model. Most camera companies also have their own software you can use to connect to a computer, i.e. Canon's EOS Utility and Sony's Imaging Edge Desktop, so you can use that to transfer the photos automatically to the computer. Other Equipment: * A laptop to connect the printer and camera to * USB cables for the printer and camera * Power cable for the laptop (don't want it dying on you mid session) * Surge Protector/Power Strip * Extension Cord (you never know how far the nearest outlet is) * A table to have all your equipment on * Dummy battery for the camera (you don't want to be swapping out batteries mid session) * Some sort of external lighting. If you're familiar with studio photography and have strobes, flashes, umbrellas, softboxes, etc then by all means go wild. If you're not familiar but have a flash and an umbrella or softbox, then the easiest setup would probably be to place the flash with an umbrella/softbox directly behind and above you facing the subject. Don't have any of that? Get some sort of continuous lighting. A ring light works in a pinch. You just want to make sure that they are properly lit and that you're not fiddling with camera settings too much. The more external variables you can control, the less you have to worry about. The Setup: Connect printer and camera to laptop via USB cables. Make sure all drivers and software are installed. Setup DNP Hot Folder software. Add whatever graphics and text you want. Take note of the location of the folder the software will be watching for the photos, you'll be directing the camera software to save the photos in this location for automatic printing. Take a few test photos. Make sure the photos are being saved to the right location. Make sure the photos and the graphics are printing correctly. Troubleshoot as much as you can. Test the lighting. Adjust camera settings accordingly. Run a few practice sessions. Test test test as much as you can until you can run everything confidently. That's the quick and dirty way of doing it. There's obviously more elaborate setups but I don't know what your budget and experience level is. Hopefully that helps! Good luck and if you have anymore questions don't hesitate to ask

Buy a DNP qw410 instead. Higher upfront cost but much better printer with much lower cost per print.
