i do! i just got one really recently i'd recommend waiting until prime day at least so you can get a good discount i finally bit the bullet and i got a instax mini link 1! so far it's pretty good and i can print images from my library and their high quality i still find i have a lot of refills left and i also like using mine for a pocket size but they are pretty small and they don't take long to develop at all i got a cute blush pink one for mine and i'm really impressed by it i can hold it in my hand as it prints and it doesn't get too warm at all which i was worried about and i actually keep it in my pink small delfonics case so i can carry it around.
r/Travelersnotebooks • Mini Photo Printers for Your Travelers Notebooks? ->I like the Instax ones but I use a LiPlay too, and a Fuji camera. Still, can work with other brands.
r/AskPhotography • Mini photo printers? ->It is quite a different experience using say an Instax Mini vs the phone and a printer. And usually, especially with a kid, she may find the Instax camera a lot more fun and spontaneous. Puts more of the "instant" into the instant photo process. If not the camera, then something like the Instax Mini Link printer that she can carry around with her friends, not something you need to plug in etc.
r/Cameras • Instax vs phone pics w/ photo printer ->I recently got the Polaroid Hi-Print 2x3 photo printer and really like it! I have an Android and use Google Photos. The only issue I've had is that it seems like I have to "forget" the Bluetooth connection and reconnect it each time I want to use it. I don't have that problem with the mini Link that prints photos in the old polaroid style, though, so it seems to just be a quirk. I like both of them!
r/scrapbooking • Best Mini Printer for Google Photos? ->Thank you so much for posting this review!! I now have 3 “mini” printers and the one I want to use the most is the one I’m growing to loathe, the Ivy 2 mini. The color is horrid compared to the real picture and I just don’t have the time, patience, or knowledge to adjust the color for every single print. The Instax Mini Link is somewhat better with color, but I often don’t want the Polaroid look for a photo. My third is the Selphy CP910 that I’ve had for YEARS. It’s a workhorse and truest to life as far as color quality, but it also takes a lot more work to print, since it prints bigger (4x6) and if I want smaller pics, I have to print several others so I’m not wasting paper. 😖 Not to mention it’s not portable - it has to be plugged in and is larger in size. I’ve been contemplating getting a Kodak or Sprocket, but the Sprocket seems comparable to the Ivy when it comes to color, so that’s a hard pass. The Kodak might be the way to go! This is super helpful. Just want to confirm - this is the Mini 2 Retro P210R?
r/JunkJournals • Kodak Mini 2 Photo quality ->I also bought the Instax Mini but i find myself using the Canon Ivy more.
r/scrapbooking • Recommendations for a photo printer? ->I have a Fujifilm Instax Mini. Not sure what generation it is, because I looked it up on Amazon and the newer ones look very different from mine. I still love it though! You have to use their app to print photos but it’s easy to use.
r/bulletjournal • What mini phone printer do you guys recommend? ->Thermals fade, as others have noted. I have one of those mini instax kinda cameras, that pop out mini Polaroid style photos. The one I have also acts as a printer, I can send it pics from my phone to print. They hold up really well - but they are thicker than the thermal paper. I don’t like to use them in my regular journal because of the thickness, but in TNs that’s less of an issue.
r/Travelersnotebooks • Is anyone using a thermal printer for putting photos in their TN? ->I have the [Instax Mini](https://adorama.rfvk.net/o4NGOn) and Wide printers and they're really easy to use. You're really not going to find a 'cheap' option for the photo paper 🤷♀️
r/AskPhotography • Best portable photo printer as a gift? ->I currently use an Instax mini printer and I love the look for my best prints. However as I’m hoping to memory keep more with photos + writing, I have done the math here including pros and cons. This is in Canadian dollars with no tax or shipping included, so it’ll vary by the region or country you live in. I haven’t compared it with other mini printers out there but I’m leaning heavily towards the Kodak because of the print quality (not zink so less fading over time) https://preview.redd.it/n4vu8p9ycv9e1.jpeg?width=1206&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=cfa3a56b3786199c83d23be33cd02588135d5af4
