I have a 12000btu portable Alliance unit with a pipe blanket and that made a massive difference. But all depends on space.

Not sure what the best AC is but I had a 12,000btu portable Alliance unit and it worked really well. Only thing is that its heavily room size dependent. If your room is less than 25m2 you will be fine. If its bigger, the unit will still help but probably won’t ever get much cooler than 22 degrees or so
