So I ordered a custom plexiglass cover with a hole for the heat pipe for my window, from a company in Zurich, and it works great with portable AC. It can lower the temperature in the living room (~50 m2) down to around 22 C, and I also feel significant temperature change in other rooms. It makes a little noise when the fan is at max speed, but it's acceptable.
