My Helsinki sits as a shelf ordiment now due to deep bass and the battery is aging. Really wish it was tuned for deeper bass but of any Bluetooth speakers it’s overall fedility is unmatched. My beats pill gets more playtime recently because it’s 1/3 the size and plays deeper bass lol. But the helsinkis design is beautiful internally and it is such a shame vifa got bought out because their Bluetooth speakers were ok but their supper high end hifi driver units were and are some of the best that were ever made. Scanspeak and dynaudio are some of the few left making and improving on driver technology
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • How many Bluetooth Speakers Do You Have? ->Beats pill is awesome, I've had it for years. Always been loud enough, holds charge well. Whether around the fire with friends over or riding my ebike, it's more than loud enough. I only paid 99$ on cyber Monday too.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Beats Pill 2024 vs JBL flip 6 vs Sony Ult field 1 vs Bose sound link flex ->If battery life is your main concern, the Beats Pill (2024) is the better option. It offers up to 24 hours of battery life compared to the JBL Flip 6’s 12 hours. Plus, it has USB-C charging and can even be used as a power bank to charge your devices.
r/BestBluetoothSpeaker • Bluetooth Speakers for Laptop ->I’d recommend the Beats Pill. But if you need something more rugged and don’t mind recharging, the Flip 6 is still a great pick!
r/BestBluetoothSpeaker • Bluetooth Speakers for Laptop ->Everyone will have their favorite. I know the first time hearing the Beats Pill, and the Bose SoundLink Mini, they were mind blowing to me. My go to "brick" speaker is the Soundcore Boost (2021 upgraded version). I like its confident bass output and the warm midrange and treble balance.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • What's the greatest mid sized Bluetooth speaker of all time? ->Tbf if you're looking for apple type of sound means u most likely prefer good and balanced highs and mids. You would wanna go for the beats pill or jbl flip 6. Brands like tribit or soundcore tend to have a more veiled sound profile while lacking clean deeeep bass. Imo jbl does this slightly better but IN THE SAME SIZE RANGE. Therefore, something like a soundcore boom 2 or Tribit Stormbox Blast would easily have more bass than the flip 6's and beats pill but you will not get sound remotely near to the apple sound signature.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Looking for a good Bluetooth speaker ->Just got the beats pill from the Prime sale. Love it already. Not as loud as my charge 5 but I like the highs and mids better. Bass is punchy but not as deep as charge 5 but overall sound I’m feeling it more. I’m using the Late Night eq on apple and it’s been nice. Probably will be my travel speaker whenever I travel to the big city.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Beats Pill 2024 vs JBL flip 6 vs Sony Ult field 1 vs Bose sound link flex ->Prime sale was 99 bucks. Probably will go back to that on Black Friday/cyber Monday. I dunno, maybe they didn’t hear it but I think it sounds good to me, especially at 100 bucks. You probably should try to listen to it live at Apple Store or something to judge for yourself but to me it’s sounds good and the build quality is very good.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Beats Pill 2024 vs JBL flip 6 vs Sony Ult field 1 vs Bose sound link flex ->Aw man…I loved my Riva Turbo X! I’m sure others will have good recommendations. I’m mostly WiFi on my boat, but think if you spring for $100 more (or find used), the Bose SoundLink Max fits your bill, mostly. I decided that paired Flex 2s and Beats Pills made more sense for me as travel speakers.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Seeking an aux-friendly portable speaker. Any recs? ->I have and love the Soundlink Flex 2 (a pair), and they fill my needs with sonic clarity, decent bass extension, and portability. I always travel with a single Flex, which doubles as my on-the-road music source, and white noise generator at night. I also have a pair of Beats Pills, and really like their sound signature. You can buy a pair for the $200 you set as a budget limit. I had the Soundcore X600 but just sold it. I liked it...but didn't love it for how I use my smaller (and it's not small) BT speakers. But, for the money, its sound output is quite decent. If you get one for under $100, it's a good deal.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • $200 budget. Details below, please help me choose a BT speaker. ->Dali Katch G2 easily bests all of the recommendations, but, it’s not as loud as some (like the big Bose). Better than the OG Vifa (now a Chinese-owned company) which was great…and two (new) Beats pills paired is pretty killer IMHO, and better than my paired Bose Flexes, which I travel with most of the time. I’ve only heard the MiniRigs online (like Oluv and that funny Brit), so may have to buy a setup for first hand experience. The HK Go+3 really sounds great indoors…like, for $200 on eBay is a good deal. Had one…loved it…but the Dali sounds “clearer” to my ears, so I sold it. Also, Drop.com has a B&O A6 (it’s big, but has a handle) and I just bought one. The sound is as good as my B&W Formation Flex (which is insanely great). $400 price for a unit with an OG price of $1,200. I had to buy it for our dining room/studio on the third floor (we live on a boat) which is about 15’ x 15’ (4.5 meters square). For $400, it’s the best money I’ve spent on gear this year (I have WAY too many 🔊) on Zissou. But she has a lot of different spaces for sound.
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Bluetooth speakers with excellent sound quality ->Marshall emberton 3 if you want good looks, beats pill if you like apple devices and soundcore motion + if you want best value. There just a few options I can think of
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Best Bluetooth Portable Speaker ->Have a pair of Harmon Kardon Luna’s and absolutely love them. I had bought two Bose flex’s, two beats pills, and pair of jbl charges - surprisingly the Luna sounded the best and was smaller than the charge - returned the other speakers
r/Bluetooth_Speakers • Thoughts on Harman Kardon Luna? ->I did some comparisons to Bowers and Wilkins and HomePod mini: Beats Pill https://youtu.be/tzR9vqvTYWk?si=uDBk-ejRNLgIzoUN Bowers and Wilkins T7 - https://youtu.be/QnPJ4pyG3o8?si=VP3_tWEFKZg2GcJk HomePod Mini - https://youtu.be/pbUHRS40k0k?si=OZ4cZciNoH-zuvlW Bowers and Wilkins A5 - https://youtu.be/OVTljhq-lBQ?si=I7k87Ss3gXpE0MEo
