I use a Bose S1 pro (v1), paired with a DDJ-800 before I picked the an Omnis Duo this month. Both being battery powered with PA level sound, it’s a convenient/powerful combo. Prob could be found used in that price range (way better than any consumer Bluetooth speakers with 3.5mm inputs)

I think some TV's have latency compensation. I only mention as im temporarily stuck in a room without my wired Bose set up and am using my Bose PA S1 I think. not the latest one. It's bluetooth'ed to my TV without any latency issues. Unless the latency is so minimal I can't tell. So either my TV has latency compensation or the latency is so small I can't tell but I've only tried it with my QC ultra ear buds and the Bose PA so can't comment on other setups. also this is with a Samsung TV which is relatively new don't know the model but id say a 2022-2023 model for reference. No latency with computer audio sync so far either. im interested in the sound link max as I replaced my old mini sound link 2 with it but now im seeing Black Friday deals for the max as 299 instead of 399 so may have to sell the flex and upgrade :-)
