"I had mine staked down in packed sand during a rainstorm that dropped 1.5”-2” per hour for 3 hours according to a ranger station nearby and it took it like a champ."

"after heavy and extreme and I mean extreme use in a very dirty environment, after a year the range suddenly cut down... I felt like I'd gotten my measly 20ish buck worth from them and didn't fault jlab due to the extreme circumstances I used them in daily. ... I work in a hot asa filthy steel mill and the fact they lasted a year was impressive to me."

"My old Breville lasted 10-11 years ... I got the new one 3 years ago with the air fryer option … if it breaks tomorrow I would figure out how to get it again - I seriously love it."

"it has amazing clarity in the voices and instruments"

"ever since adding the Bar 9, the SA-RS5’s have become more present when watching movies. ... With both soundbars I always set to rears to MAX volume, but now I can actually hear them while using the Bar 9. ... They’re powerful at MAX volume and their sound is clean. ... The other night I watched A Quiet Place Part II. Rears were set to MAX but system volume was set to 30. I could still hear the rears loud and clear. This is with the Bar 9 in the system. When using the A7000, there’s no way at 30% system volume that I’d be able to hear the rears. ... the RS5’s are amazing now."

"best sounding in the 4"

"I use it on a construction site clipped on to my tool belt so it’s pretty much perfect"

"I'm currently using them on a sailboat (Ericson 30+), and they sound great in the cabin down below as well as up in the cockpit when I'm sailing offshore (Pacific) or in San Francisco Bay."

"Plus, it’s water resistant so I put it in the bathroom while I shower!"

"they double down on putting resources into the simple features I care about most (sync, app, weatherproofing etc)"

"it's resistant and weatherproof but doesn't have that rugged outdoors look"

"The bass is slow and sludgy on the Cadenza. ... They can't keep up with faster tracks. ... If you're listening to metal, prog, acid jazz, etc... then you may have some issues with that. ... Fast, heavyhitting techno? Not with these."

"I personally felt the bass was pretty anemic on it and I'm not a bass-head. ... Less bass than the ER2xr, Blessing 2, Blessing 2 Dusk, IE 200 etc. ... Very thin sounding. ... They have less bass than the Moondrop Blessing 2. ... They have less bass than the Etymotic ER2xr. ... They have less bass than the Sennheiser IE200. ... Just not enough bass and I"m no bass-head."

"The subwoofer is weak and almost non existent."

"I lost 300$ on a50 gen 5,has worked maybe 10 hours totally ... and dock station froze and stayed in xbox mode after a regular software update... ... tried everything i could, believe me..."

"if you also regularly use Bluetooth on the go, then Astro isn for you as the Bluetooth is on the dock and not on the headset ... Astro is definitely not worth the price when the Bluetooth is on the dock. That was a stupid thing to do, because anyone who buys a headset with Bluetooth would want to use the headset away from their set up and Bluetooth on the go"

"The prices for wireless speakers/subwoofer that sync with a soundbar are outragious. ... 2000€ or more for a sonos arc ultra + sub + 2 rear speakers."

"Avoid the Bose Flex Gen 2 and Bose Max. They have parisitic battery drain of 10-20% per week. ... These Bose will be dead in 2 months after a full charge. ... The units I have are brand new and no firmware update, because the previous returns had the new firmware updated and the drain was even worse. ... This is about as scientific as you can make it. Test every 7 days from 100% and watch it deplete to unuseable in 2 months. ... There's a huge thread about this subject from many Bose customers. Bose knows about it. Acknowledges it. Does NOTHING about it except offer you an exchange. ... Never seen anything like this in other BT brands. I have an old Sony BT speaker that I haven't touched in 2 years and can still play music!"

"The Bose Flex has a standby battery drain issue. It'll eat 30% a week"

"The battery drains 25% per week while turned OFF!"

"Levoit Core 300 was decent on specs, but it hummed just enough to wake the youngest every other night."

"cant hear the damn thing unless its at max volume, which kills my battery in like 3.5hrs."

"The Bose is just better. It gets louder, stays clearer at high volume, produces more and clearer bass, and sounds more detailed and refined across the board."

"The ONLY issue I have with Space Travel is low volumn-ish. ... I'm already the lower volumn person yet must crank the bar quite high (70% or perharps more when outside)."

"I have a Bose SoundLink revolve I'm thinking about upgrading to a charge 6 but scare that that might not be as loud"

"only thing I don’t like when it’s at in max volume you can hear in some songs how the volume goes up and down because its to protect the speaker from blowing, it’s not that noticeable But just a bit of a catch there. ... only thing It does is that if a song has too much bass but in max volume you will notice the volume goes up and down. But it’s not as noticeable, still its acceptable to Hear in max volume. ... Yeah I agree, I have noticed that in max volume that in certain songs with too much bass you can hear how the volume goes up and down whenever the bass hits."

The Bose revolve I got five years ago is the loudest and best sounding for the size I’ve seen so far. The battery lasts a long time and it sounds great.

Diggin my Bose Soundlink. Thin for portability. The bass isn't mind blowing but I was surprised for the size. Sounds great.

I do. for me. so I'm the guy who rarely listens to music around others. I don't like listening to others music especially out side, at a park or beach for example. so I don't listen to my music loud out of consideration. this little bose unit sounds great to just chill with on the back porch, not loud enough for the neighbors to hear but it's able to reproduce great sound at moderate levels. I like this flatter form over the round speakers, it will pack better. if it packs better the chance is higher it will go more places with me.

Yes. I can hear the bass at low volumes. All frequencies are well produced.

I have several models of Bose Soundlink, left one at my previous work facility, all have lasted years and all are in excellent working order. Great sound, and at least 10+ different employees linked to one of them without issue.

Their portable Bluetooth speaker, the Soundlink Revolve, I think is one of the best around. If you want something to carry to the beach, take to the dock etc…it has pretty amazing sound for the price. I find that it sounds much better than my Sonos Move.

I have a Bose soundlink and a soundlink mini and I think they’re both pushing 15 years. The mini has been drug all over golf courses and gotten wet countless times. The soundlink has been outdoors on patios or back porches everywhere I’ve lived that entire time

Bose. SoundsLink. I got one for chrismas 3 years ago. I took on a 16-day rafting trip down the Grande Canyon and even lost It in the bottom of the raft for several days where it was wet. Still work perfectly. It's pretty bomber.
