HiMountainManYou can turn the voice off by holding the plus and minus together. For charging you can buy a dock from eBay to bypass the usb plug. Also, I found a way to downgrade my firmware which got rid of bluetooth LE.

lekkerlatinoYesterday, I bought the JBL charge 6 and i returned it and purchased the Bose revolve plus 2. I was disappointed to see a micro USB, I didn’t know, but the reason why I bought the revolve plus 2 is because the JBL charge 6 was too much with the bass. I know it’s great, I know it has usb-c, u can use it as powerbank, but I wouldn’t recommend u if u live in a flat for example. The revolve delivers clarity for accustic, it’s more chill, enjoyable to listen to. The JBL is great too, but it’s more like a party speaker to me, for outdoors….
